There was no water in the room (first only cold, then dirty water). This was not communicated and there was no compensation forseen until I threatened to take it up with booking. Then I got a breakfast (4,5 euro) but they were very unfriendly and unprofessional.

Couple of good Ole boys know how give professional and polite service...Warm and friendly...even I can't speak Spanish they persist until I cam understand my way around...good blokes...hard workers...no detail missed in caring for their customers...

Clean and comfortable right in the town centre.

The room was elegant, clean and large and comfortable. A central and quiet location. The staff helped us to book a taxi to see Cathedral`s Beach. I really enjoyed my stay to Ribadeo.

Great location, easy access to all of Ribadeo's many restaurants, a 15-minute walk to the harbor/marina area, very nice staff, many conveniences. The nicest cafe of all of the cities we visited.

Previous guests had smoked in our room and it smelled terrible. We couldn't get rid of the smell but having the windows opened really helped.

Best shower facility I have ever experienced in a Hotel.

The location, the helpful friendly staff, the cleanliness etc all very good indeed. A bonus for us was the excellent breakfast in the morning.
