Las habitaciones eran grandes y cómodas la comida estaba muy buena y el trato del personal tanto limpiadoras animadores camareros recepción excelente sin duda volvería a repetir

El suelo de la piscina que no es antideslizante y resbalaba muchísimo los espectáculos que terminaran tan pronto podrían durar un poco más y la discriminación que hay hacia los hombres en el tema de la cena que no puedes entrar con un suéter de tirantes de vestir y las mujeres si si esto ocurriera al revés y fueran las mujeres las que no pudieran entrar y los hombres si seguro que se nos tacharia de machistas

Breakfast was very varied and always to a high standard as were all the meals and a different theme each night. Always to a high standard. The entertainment team were simply outstanding, my kids honestly loved them and they put their heart and soul into everything they did- starting at 11 in the morning with aqua aerobics to making smoothies and laughing joking and getting to know everyone. Each evening there was a children’s disco which my kids would devour their dinner in order to not miss it followed by an amazing show all created by this team. I can’t give them enough praise. All the staff go above and beyond, the kitchen chefs and staff work tirelessly as do the cleaning staff. Our room was cleaned first thing each morning. The bar staff work so hard and clean and pick up glasses serve cocktails and ensure everyone gets a seat. There is food laid on non stop, from the start of the day with breakfast, lunch, all day pool snacks then dinner, You will not be disappointed by your stay at this hotel. We will definitely be back Thank you so much for such a fabulous family holiday

The pool can be a bit busy but only at certain times and unless you got down early for beds it could be tricky to get them together but we were a family of 6.

food.... could be better, sometimes not properly cooked, but overall still good. missing plates quite often but i guess breakfast staff was swamped at rush time music at night (animation) was way too loud and until too late.... took my toodler to sleep and hear music up until 11 pm which is in my opinion way too late if you wish to go in for an early night

The property was huge - however it never felt like you couldn’t get a sun lounge or find a nice table for food. the rooms are great.

I liked everything about this hotel one of the best hotel to stay in with your family plenty of activities for the kids and adults, food was very nice everyday all day, rooms were comfortable, clean and big, main swimming pool was big and clean, also there is a pool for kids with slides and more. Staff were very nice and always tried their best to satisfy customers. I will definitely be back.

Property was clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was fresh and varied. Cleanliness was very impressive, tables and sides washed down constantly. Close to the town and beaches.

Abruptness of staff member, which I’m told is likely a language barrier issue, but body language reaffirmed the intention of the abruptness. Otherwise no other issues with staff. The stairs to reach upper floors on arrival were problematic and I spent some time assisting some elderly ladies lift their cases up the stairs. Needs to be a map available to assist people to navigate 2 lifts and a walk through the pool area to avoid stairs.

As usual everything was as expected. The hotel was spotless, the food very good and the staff helpful and friendly. The solarium was a great place to sun bath away from the masses.

We went during the second half of the Easter holidays and it was so busy. Busier than expected and on previous trips. Lots of children which made mealtimes less relaxing.

Stayed 10 days. I have been in another 4 star all Incl hotel in 2016 so lets compare mainly food and drinks. Both hotels were simple all inclusive (not extra AI). We payed to change room at arrival for higher floor with view. And moved twice, as first option was in centre building just above the stage and was very noisy. So if you wanna quiet place require room at side buildings. At reception after first checkin they were very helpfull to change the room that we were satisfied for the rest of holiday. Personnel - very friendly and helpfull. Very clean. Comfortable bed mattresses, but... (see in dont like..) Food - quite wide variety, you can always choose, best was wariety of starters had simple sushi once, but... (see in dont like..) Drinks (alcohol)... they are all in column I dont like, well beer was ok.

Personnel - very friendly and helpfull - exception occured Some rooms a bit shaby, moisture makes the look in some rooms worse, especially in bathrooms. (as we changed 2 times we saw 3 rooms) Water temperature in shower sometimes going from cold to very warm. All beds are as single beds, if required tied together, but 2 mattresses are anyway not holding together. Food compared to another hotel I have been, its more simple. Fish, meat are very repeating, pasta very basic with not appealing taste. In 3-4 times I was very pleased but usually just going arount to pick something. What was worst is coffee quality. In bacis all inclusive you have all drinks and coffe from automatic machines you serve yourself. Taste of that coffee is terrible, so we paid coffee at the pools, 1,8 EUR per espresso done by staff at bar, (even that one is average taste) Comparing with my experience in another hotel espresso coffee after breakfast at the pool bar done manually was free and good quality (if you have all inclusive you wanna have your morning coffe in hotel not going out to nearest coffee bar). Alcohol drinks are unfortunatelly ALL from automat machines. Wine from tanks by pipe is below average quality and mixed drinks even at the pool bar were so sweet pre mixed (like mojito) from automated machine that after one you dont want another. My previous experience was that some 4 basic drinks like gin-tonic was mixed from normal quality gin from bottle and tonic at pool bar for basic all incllusive. And in gran canaria alcohol is very cheap due to special taxes. So we stayed at hotel mainly with beer or 1-2 glasses of wine for dinner. Usually we rather had 1-2 drinks evenings outside of hotel in bars and restaurants.

A huge resort with a capacity of more than 1200 guests at the same time. That leads to queues in the food areas and around the swimming pool. Sunbeds are early occupied with towels in the morning, even if this is not according to local rules. T Lambs meat were not present during the week of our visit. there is a lack of fish (salmon, herring, trout) for breakfast and lunch. The training gym is small and need an overall upgrade, so a run/walk along the beach or swim is a better way of staying fit during your vacation.

Lunches and breakfasts were enjoyable. Gentleman on reception was very friendly. Fantastic size of room and comfy bed.

I told reception that I had 24 hours of sickness. Either it was from the hotel food (literally everything I had eaten and drunk for the previous 3 days was in the hotel) or it was a sickness bug, in which case I felt they should have known as the bug could have spread around the hotel. The lady on reception couldn't have been less interested. She scribbled down my room number, muttered something indecipherable and I never heard more about it. Shower went from boiling to luke warm several times every day. Dinner was generally pretty low quality.
