The location of the place is perfect, staff is very welcoming and of good advice. The room was just as expected and the food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious. Our 2-year old daughter was always so warmly welcome she misses the hotel already. We really felt at home during this vacation, thank you for everything.

Hassan leads the Riad friendly yet very reliably and efficiently, always with an eye open on the guests' expectations. Feeling relaxed like at home at your Riad is especially valuable after a daily immersion in the Medina. Improvements may be possible in some furnished particulars and the like, but this is far from being a complain, really a minor issue compared to the overall value and the excellent relationship with the host. Our suite room had two bathrooms: an excellent plus for the four of us.

Our suite room had only windows opening to the inner part of the Riad. This may be an issue for some guests.

bed had a large dip in the mattress. staff quarters above and to the side of the rooftop apartment so expect to be kept awake until 1am. giant tv but no plug and no Ariel cable makes it a large box. lights in upper section of the apartment not working so it is dark enough in that section you will need a phone to see where you are stepping.

Great location, friendly staff, great value. Very beautiful inside the Riad. Enjoyed the proximity to the medina and the staff's offers for recommendations.

Breakfast was all cold items - no issues, I just had hoped for something warm. The bed was a bit hard but room was spacious. I did not have hot water in my room, so keep in mind if the weather is cold a cold shower is not always fun.

it was very good location near by good coffee shops ,restaurants and the point square !!!!!Tha staff was very friendly and helpful!!!!!!

My room was in the entrance of the hotel on the ground floor…!!!!Was a little bit noisy sometimes and my room didn’t have closet for my clothes!!!!!!Also the air condition is not working so it was cold by the way my room !!!!

Amazing team! Their greeting was amazing! we were a bit lost and sent one of the stuff members to help us and guide us to the riad. Our whole stay was impeccable and would definitely come back here in a heart beat

we are a couple celebrated our anniversary and I have to say that everything was amazing for us in this Riad. They made us feel at home with a great room, tasty food wine hammam and even laundry! also they arranged a wonderful guide (Wafi) who showed us the Medina. If you’re in Fes go to Yamanda!

I booked one night at Riad Fez Yamanda, The place was so nice and clean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming us to there Riad. I highly recommend you to this place for your stay at fez

Very good and warm customer service, clean and comfortable rooms and one of the best views of the city from the Terrace. Located close to all important places makes Riad Yamanda great choice.

Excellent location in the Medina! Spacious, comfy room (Averroes) at the top of a traditional, fashionable 'riad' with a spectacular view of the city. Very good breakfast and extremely kind, nice and helpful staff.

The fact that we weren't given a key to the front door, which meant waking up everybody when we came back late.

The breakfast was amazing. Also the service was really good, they speak different languages and are really helpful. Guys like Mohammed were always trying to help. The location was also really good, close to the blue gate, and to the square were most trips start

We were unlucky, and there was one day were a 40 people organised trip went to this hotel, so they were staying up until late, waking us up several times during the night

Our beds were comfort and the bathroom clean enough and the room was big for six persons .Our dinner was delicious and the breakfast rich with fresh products.....The staff was gentle and they did all all these we asked...

Speaking with staff was being became with difficultly and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.
