Wi-Fi did not work at my room.

staff friendly but could not help nice roof top bar at extra cost BUT breakfast indoors without A/C!!!

Very old luxury hotel.

The view from our room was nice. The hotel was located near the seaside.

The hotel was incredibly dated and in desperate need of renovation. Wifi was so slow I thought it was not working. Breakfast was disappointing. It was alright for one night stay but I would never go back unless it was absolutely necessary. It was not cheap either, which makes it even worse.

Location is very convenient. Breakfast is fair. The rooms had a balcony, which is always a plus. Breakfast area was spacious. Personnel was helpful and kind. The rooms are clean.

Although booking.com confirmed my request for earlier check in, the hotel did not satisfy the request. They saw the request in their system, but told me they never responded positively. Rooms facing the main street are too noisy, due to the traffic. The hotel is in serious need of renovation, both in terms of building and furniture.

Housekeeper as well as waiter were both very polite. Kostas at the reception was helpful. Roof top area was quite nice for a drink, especially the Pelion side.

The hotel looks abandoned. Staff is polite, but you see how uncomfortable they feel by the terrible and neglected property. It is so obvious top management does not care. No reason to mention one by one what I experienced. SiMPLY go to another property. PlEASE check all my reviews and you will see that I only compliment hotel (it is the first time a write a negative review). If they decide to spend money and renovate the property then Park can be a game changer due to the key position.

Room size

The location and the sea view after we asked for a room with sea view, rather than the city view room that was assigned to us. The staff was friendly and accommodated us.

The room was not properly dusted (dust could be seen on the wood elements of the room decoration), the floor was creaky and one of the beds was squeaking very loudly. At daytime it was tolerable, but at night when all sounds are amplified, I'm sure I woke up the neighboring rooms. And we were just sleeping :) The bathroom sink had a broken plug and I had to fish it out after it had clogged up. The bathroom itself needs renovation and cleanup to make it commensurate with a four-star hotel standards and prices.

Good location, standard breakfast, welcoming staff.

No parking place, only some available spots nearby on the street. AC is working weak,
