C'était parfait. Le rapport qualité prix était incroyable compte tenu de l'emplacement, la propreté, le confort.
On entend un peu les autres voyageurs dans les couloirs mais ça n'a pas été gênant.

Breakfast was very good value for money. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Mathieu and Jennifer are extremely welcoming and friendly.

St Jean de Luz is gorgeous even out of season. The hotel was very nice - in a fantastic spot - the pedestrian zone. Lots of options around for food and drink and a short walk to the beach. The rooms were very comfortable, nice bed with really good bedding and a very nice bathroom. We had to catch a train so missed trying the breakfast. The owners were also very nice and great to chat to. Price was very reasonable for the quality

A great little place perfectly located. very clean and a lot of thoughtful touches. the hosts Jenny and Matthew were on warm, cheerful and very helpful n many aspects of my trip. Sonny the dog was a gorgeous bonus.

The host & hostess are warm, friendly and speak excellent English (and Spanish, French and probably a little Chinese!). Our room was excellently appointed, with several small, nice touches (eg., umbrellas, beverage refrigerator, comfy chairs). The location could not be any better, in the center of 'old town' St.John de Luz, minutes from the bus stop, minutes from the beach. Breakfast was fresh juices, freshly baked croissants/breads/rolls, yogurts (even Basque goat-milk yogurt), ffresh fruit & berries, local cheeses, jamon, eggs, coffee, teas...just wonderful. Beautiful breakfast room and a sunny patio where we brought our picnic lunch.
There is nothing we didn't like.

Very warm and friendly. Went out of their way to help in a related problem. Saved some $ for us in parking fee. The room was extremely comfortable, almost like being at home, and was perfectly situated. Overall could not have been better.

Central location put the local facilities in easy reach, including the beach.

This is a nice small hotel with a friendly owner. The rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a well stocked fridge and coffee machine as well as a tiny balcony.
This hotel is very central therefore it can be quite noisy if you are facing onto the Main Street. Mostly with the bin men and vehicles rather than people.

All went well: the room and the bathroom: all was nice, clean, details were given attention to, also at the very nice breakfast (very varied also)... Denise and Bruno ware very acceuillants...

Very nice, good size room; very elegant bath room; close to the water.
Nice breakfast sun room.
It was nothing not to like. It was not a big deal, but for some people it may be important that there are no elevators (however the building is two storied and the steps are mild)

Bruno and Denise have an extraordinarily charming hotel in the heart of beautiful St Jean De Luz. This was a gem! Hotel is a 10! Location is a 10! Bruno was incredibly kind and helpful (his English is outstanding). We cannot wait to return!

Right in the centre of the shopping district and central to all shops and restos. It was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The owners were very charming and helpful
Needed air conditioning, couldn’t sleep at night with the hot, stuffy room. Also not easy, as an 0lder person to carry suitcases up stairs
