Nous avons découvert que notre ĥébergement réservé par booking était en RDC et donnait sur la rue. Toutefois nous avons été surclassé par l'obtention d'une chambre séparée alors que nous avions réservé un studio. C'était pour une nuit donc cela passe. Hébergement bon marché pour la NORVEGE.

The location is very good, near of every meeting point we had for the tours we booked, very recommended. Waffles and hot drinks at the entrance every day was very nice detail for guests.- Staff very welcoming and helping all the time.

The rooms are very small and makes difficult specially when you are going with kids, there is basically no space for walking inside.

Great budget hotel. The room was basic but clean, with very comfortable beds and good linen. Very good shower. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

The TV was not working, but we were on a short stay, so we didn't bother to mention it.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Also loved the waffles in the evening. Beds were comfy and warm. We slept very well. Would have been better if we had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room was very basic but we understand that space is at a premium and that Norway is expensive to us. I paid a small fortune to stay here and agonised a lot over where to stay. This was ultimately a good choice.

The bookings.com entry stated tea and coffee facilities in the room and although we could go down to reception at any time day or night to get a drink it wasn’t the same.

The family room was tiny and cramped. There was a bad smell coming from the shower / sink drains in the bathroom. We paid a huge amount for a hotel that was more akin to a hostel.

My room faced the street and road traffic could be loud at times, especially the snow plows. I would book a room on the backside of property.

Bett unbequem Altmodischer blutbefleckter Vorhang am Bett Kaputte Kabelumhüllung am Fernseher (Kabel schauen raus) Kaltes Zimmer, Heizung stinkt beim Anschalten Kein Platz zwischen Toilette und Dusche (man konnte nicht gut auf der Toilette sitzen und wir sind sehr schlank und nicht groß) Kein Föhn Kein Frühstück

Zentrale Lage. Nettes Personal. Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Kellerapartment direkt an der Straße. Vorbeilaufende Leute können direkt auf das Bett schauen, wenn der Vorhang offen ist. Also war der Vorhang immer zu. Im Keller scheinen die kleineren Apartments zu sein (2 Personen), im EG und OG sind wohl die Größeren. Das Fenster war undicht also hat es gezogen. Das Bett ist direkt unter dem Fenster, also hat es entweder auf den Kopf oder auf die Füße gezogen. Das Bett ist sehr klein für zwei Personen und wird noch kleiner dadurch, dass die oberste Matratze schmaler ist, als die darunter. Einige Deckenleuchten waren defekt oder haben geflackert. Der Seifenspender in der Dusche war kaputt. Das Haus ist generell extrem Hellhörig; man hört jeden Schritt über und neber sich in den Wohnungen.

Location was great, in walking distance to everything we wanted to do and the room was warm enough even in cold tempuratures.

The hotel whilst pleasant was a little basic

El alejamiento está bien, la ucicacion no es mala, la disponibilidad de infusiones es un plus. Destaco principalmente al personal, especialmente a Iñaki que ha sido súper amable y me ha ayudado en todo lo que necesitaba.

Se debería mejorar el wifi, sería interesante que la tv sea smart para poder acceder a las plataformas de entretenimiento. El resto es correcto.

Parking was inn the other Enter hotel, 400m away. Waffels would have been nice 🤗 unfortunately they ran out of dough obviously before us. We booked a room but got an underground apartment in next building. We just stayed overnight so it was very good

Good looking blue or something haired lady at the reception made me feel very welcome. After last nights dissapointment at scandic alta it really felt good!

- The people at the reception are very nice, they help you with directions and may give you a tourist map. - The Hotel lies very central. - The room is cozy and comfortable for a single traveler. - There is coffee, tea and cookies at the reception for free and you can buy a small snack/drink there too.

- The bathroom is quite tiny and the sink was dripping - but they gonna make a renovation. - They don't have a fitness room themselves. This is a Hotel-Chain (I think, this hotel is the 2.-3. cheapest, and there are 2 exquisite ones) and you have to go to the Enter Amalie Hotel (one of the expensive ones) and ask for a Gym Card (Feel 24 Tromso - near Magic Ice Bar). The only problem is, that the Reception at Enter Amalie Hotel opens on the weekends at 08:00 o'clock and closes like at 20:00 o'clock, so if you stay just for a day/you are really a gym-rat, plan/ask your receptionist for a card in advance, because I waited like 2 hours till somebody came... Because at midnight sun period everyone is partying/staying up quite late, so there is not much movement till 10:00 o'clock (on the weekends at least). - The actions of the neighbors and on the floor can be well heard inside the room.

Excellent place to stay in the middle of the city. Close to everything. Just a short walk to the water! Pancakes at 5pm! Yum!
