The hotel il vero clean and comfortable, good staff really helpful and kind. Both the restaurant and the breakfast are provided with several continental and typical dishes. Amazing lake view from the restaurant. The hotel have spa, hammam and swimming pool too.

Carpets in the room! These are really bad for people with allergies or asthma! Should not be used. Smoking took place everywhere in public areas, even in areas that were claiemd to be non-smoking! Its time to apply the laws of the country! I had asked for the pick-up from the airport and asked several times the hotel to confirm. As I didn't receive any confirmation I came on my own to the hotel, where they claimed someone was at the airport to pick me up. BUt there was no one with a sign with my name at the arrivals area! If you're asked to confirm something, please do so! I had left a small present to a friend at the reception with her name and phone number but when she came ti pick it up, it turned out it had been given to someone else! I had to call when already outside of Tunisia the hotel and a fiend of mine who finally got the hotel to reclaim the packet and give it to the real receipient. It's very careless not to check that the right person is picking up something, especially as I had said it's a woman, and written her name and phone number on the parce, it was given to a man, without even asking his ID!

Internet connection is poor

Very friendly staff. Nice big and clean lounge. Good, spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Very complete breakfast.

the location was perfect.

The hotel needs a big renovation some places were felling apart. In my bathroom the water was leaking from one of the tap which damaging the door and floor and the clean of the room as questionable. There was credit card receipt from someone on the nightstand when I checked in my room.

Beautiful views, good service, good experience overall

Restaurant menu is a bit limited in options, lovely bar where you can’t drink even a glass of wine — even if there are wonderful Tunisian wines.
