A lovely small boutique hotel right on the main town square. Large comfortable room with a view of the town hall. Very accessible with taxi rank just outside. Everything in the old town easy to walk to within 5 minutes. Staff were very considerate and helpful.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was super ! The location must be the best of this city.

The hotel is well located. That was the only positive point.

The presentation of the hotel on booking is very different from the real life situation. It should be a 4 star hotel, with nice looking rooms. It felt like being in a 2 star hotel with very different rooms than presented on booking. The reception is very poor. At night you have to enter the hotel via the backdoor which is very odd. The decoration of the room was very different than in the booking pictures and is very old fashioned and small. The bathroom floor was still very wet. This was a bad experience and the bad thing was especially that the booking presentation and rating gave a very different view of the hotel. I felt kind of scammed by this.

There is no 24 hrs reception, entry doors broke at night, electronuc code didnt work - luckilly a Friends was in the room and opened the doors.

Location is unbeatable. Plus, I had views of the square! Very clean and modern, yet feels like home. Love love love having a mini fridge and kettle! Hairdryer is important to me and theirs are very nice and new! Staff is impeccable. Olga went over and above for me.

The breakfast is a la carte. you pay for it almost what you pay for a regular meal but it is quite tasty and there is plenty of choice

The Hotel Manager/Reception was so helpful and friendly - went the extra mile to help us deal with a broken lock on one of our cases. He was great. We were also very fortunate that our room was ready early and we could access it straight away. Plus a checkout time of noon is very generous indeed. The beds/mattresses/pillows were very comfortable too.

slightly noisy outside due to people standing outside a bar drinking, right under our window. I guess with such a central location one can expect a certain amount of noise. only 2 teabags in the room, along with a couple of sachets of nescafe instant coffee. would have expected better from a 4 star hotel.

Great Location. Super friendly staff. The rooms are super comfortable!

The bed was really comfy but the mattresses were two (one on top of the other) and they slide to the sides. There was a loud washing machine noise at night, but not that big of a deal.
