Breakfast and location was excellent.
I had bad experience, as I paid double... I was to go there with my daughter so booked double capacity and paid for the same.
But my daughter could not come to Guadalajara for visa reason.
So I wanted to cancel the booking and wished to change for one person, but they did not allow...
So my question is, can I be refunded half of the money?

The hotel has a nice lobby and a very welcoming staff. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is generous. It is very good value for money. in addition, they have an agreement with a taxi service that charges a standard and reasonable fee to the airport or the central Bus Station.

The hotel was very clean and professional . Perfect for business and the location was perfect. All of the staff were amazing and then building is perfection for business professionals.

It was not noisy.
In front of the elevator doors on the 2nd floor, someone spilled a sticky liquid and it was dirty.
It was like that since Saturday night. We left on Monday morning and it had ot been cleaned 😕

We booked just 20 min before arriving and everything worked well.
Understaffed, only one girl in the front desk to get all the check ins and outs. She looked overwhelmed.
Food at breakfast buffet was not warm, tasteless fruit.
Could not enjoy much the stay because we got covid.
