Everything, totally awful place. Bed full of ants, wifi non existent, do not stay here.

Bed was comfortable

No kettle in room The door to room was all scraped paint.

The breakfast was super! We are glad we stayed here and the price was very good. The owners and hired personnel were also great.

For the price and staying in such a wonderful area this hotel worked out very well for us! Because I speak French, I got to know the owner/manager quite well. There is nothing I didn’t like about staying here. If I get a chance to go to Strasbourg again, I will stay here again!

Room was cold because the heating wass turned off. I arrived at midnight so there was plenty of time to turn the heat on. No soap and no shampoo in the bathroom. Electric plugs were not working next to the bed so there was no light on nightstand. Only usable electric wall plug was on the place without any furniture to place your phone on. Shower head was fixed to the wall with fixed angle of the water stream so to use it you have to do gymnastics and even then its really difficult to shower. No place to hang towels or place your own cosmetics. No Toilet paper holder.

We were greeted warmly and seated immediately despite our late arrival. We were looking for a place to stay overnight on our trip. We needed a hotel just to spend the night. The room is clean, beds and linens are new. Quiet location and very warm in the room. We didn't have time for breakfast because we overslept. But pleases with its availability and very affordable prices compared to all hotels in the area. I recommend.
