Insanely good staff service. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and made us feel welcome. Would rate the hotel 10/10 on service alone. The room was sizeable enough for 2 people with a deep bathtub and high water-pressure shower. ALSO, free laundry!

Unfortunately, our first room had a broken window; however, the staff quickly remedied the situation by attempting to fix the window and quickly relocating us (albeit this slightly being a hassle since we had just finished unpacking). Despite this, I would highly recommend this semi-luxurious yet affordable, and conveniently located hotel for solo travelers, couples, and families-alike, and feel bad for anyone who missed out on such a great hotel opportunity!

Given the location, you can expect that the room is quite small even though - for example, there was enough space for one of our suitcases to be open at a time. The bed was large and comfortable however took up 90% of the room. The bathroom was large enough for one person, and had a "portable" house vibe/feel to it. There was little to no natural lighting in the room - the windows being small and mostly covered. However, it did the job. We needed a place to stay, and it provided that. The reception staff were friendly, and welcoming too.

As mentioned above, very small in size. The carpet didn't look too clean & overall room surfaces were not extremely clean - it had a low budget hotel feel to it unfortunately.

We did not have any breakfast, however we love the location since it is very close to the train station and the staff are very nice and helpful!

Rooms are small - not unexpected but more like cruise cabin sized.

great location - just a few minutes walk to the KAMATA station. great connection for public transportation. 7-11 and similar shops at a range of 100m. spacious room relative to ther hotels - we choose the largest room available and it was a major decision factor, next to location. They have a FREE laundry room - great feature. staff is friendly.

At Last I arrived at Hotel with Over Tired after 24hours Travel, at once beside Chekk inn They Insisted to pay All Expence( Total Stay COST) . And I hadde to. This is a Big Surprise and felt not One more time be Back this Hotel.Final Day after 18days They didn’t show any special Thanks to me. Should not like that through My Many Experience of TRAVELLING in the Past. Thank you for Listening .

Free laundry, great shower water pressure, quiet rooms. Close to Family Mart for breakfast that hotel didn’t provide.

After being jet lagged from my flight overseas. I left my key card inside the room and a new one was promptly provided with no hassle. On the day of checkout I inquired about location of lockers, they kindly offered to care for my luggage even though I'd already checked out. This allowed me to sightsee, that was a new experience for me especially from a hotel.

The only thing that would of made it a 10/10 would of been if breakfast was provided. Unless I completely missed the option when booking.
