My wife and I spent a glorious week here...most of the time on the beach....great condo- great owners/property managers- beautiful beach- super friendly community...zero complaints

The condo was in excellent condition. Tastefully decorated, filled with household necessities. The view of the water was outstanding, sunset included. There was trouble with the clothes dryer but the owner responded immediately on the holiday and it took a day off-site to repair. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for ourselves and our adult children.

We had a fabulous time at Anna Maria Island. The Condo was in a perfect location. Very clean and updated condo. Literally just steps away from the ocean! Breath taking views of the ocean from the condo!!

We loved our stay, perfect getaway. Looking out on the ocean is always so soothing. Can’t say enough good things about the owners… very accommodating and helpful. The condo is top notch.

We had an amazing stay! The condo had everything you would ever need. Location is quiet. Beautiful beach and nice pool!! Restaurants and shops are not far! We had a wonderful time!

The communication with the owners was excellent. The views from the all glass front sliding doors through the balcony to the beach are stunning! Would highly recommend staying here!!

We had a wonderful vacation @ this unit. There was 4 adults staying at the unit and we had plenty of space. The unit had everything we needed and was situated at a perfect location on the beach. We walked to Bridge street everyday and visited the many bars and restaurants. The food and service was great, everyone in our group was very happy with all of the meals. All of the wait staff and people we met were very friendly. We definitely would come back and stay at this unit,

This is one of the nicest appointed rental properties we've stayed at. Very clean and had all of the amenities you can think of. The kitchen is very well stocked so if you want to stay in and cook, you have everything you need. The property manager was very responsive to any needs during our stay. The beach area was perfect and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony - the perfect spot to watch the dolphins and take in sunset.

We loved this condo, location, view, amenities and ease of communication with the owner. The condo was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. Salt, pepper, olive oil all provided with ample cookware and dishes. We rented a car plus a golf cart. There is ample parking. Beach umbrella provided worked perfect and condo lounge chairs you can pull onto the beach are such a nice amenity. Love our stay here!

This is a well maintained, clean, well stocked, perfect location beach rental. The listing is 100% accurate and we felt even better in person. The owners have provided everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach is provided. We enjoyed our time here very much. Excellent communication as well.

Well located, one mile above the hubbub of Bridge Street & the traffic jams approaching Cortez Bridge, but just 2 miles south of main supermarket & drug stores. AMI is not large, and there is a free trolley plus Uber-like golf cart taxis, but having a car permits easy access to points north of the property. You are far from any public beach, so beach in front of property is almost private. The condo is modern, clean, well equipped with everything from umbrellas and quality beach towels to binoculars to cooking gear. Only staples provided are a roll of paper towels, facial tissues and ample TP; apparently owners cut out things like salt & pepper, condiments and the like with the advent of COVID. Maybe it is time to revisit that policy in view of current medical knowledge. In any case, coffee filters & paper napkins would have been nice. Owner and her daughter were always quickly responsive to any questions, and take justifiable pride in the apartment. AMI is a charming island with plenty of dining choices. Low built with only two structures we saw that were over 2-3 stories; dripping with character from the honky tonk beachy establishments in the south to the exclusive neighborhood of mansions in the NW on the bay side. What a great way to spend a week, punctured just a bit by a very windy day (winds from the south) leading to a bad attack of red tide on the last day that emptied the beaches, leaving coughing people and dead fish in its wake.

The condo was very nice, and the hosts were wonderful. They were very responsive. We had a broken toilet handle and they had it repaired quickly.

My 88-year-old father, who had a place on Sanibel, and has gone there for the past 35 years said this condo has the most spectacular view of the Gulf and beach that he has ever experienced. My wife and I agree. It is fantastic. Not only is watching the sunset outstanding, viewing the constellations and planets in the night sky is also terrific. We could clearly see Jupiter and Mars on one of the nights we were there. As for the condo, clean and well appointed. Sand was mentioned in one previous post. We did not find it a problem. There is a hose in the middle of the parking area that is easy to use before heading back up to the condo. If you want to eat out there many restaurants nearby. Our favorite for value and quality was Isola Bella Italian Eatery. Really good Italian food. We had a reservation. The place was packed with people waiting to be seated. We were seated almost immediately. If you want to experience a real bar go to the Anchor Inn. Dress down, it is full of locals and smoking is allowed. If you want to eat in, they plenty on pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. Lastly the hosts were attentive and responded positively to all our questions and requests.

First, let me say that Debbie was very accommodating to our schedule and communication was so easy. Claudia was also very responsive and helpful once we got to the unit.The condo itself was just what we wanted and well furnished. The area in which the condo sits on the beach is perfect and not over crowded like some of the other beaches. The beach itself is of very fine sand which is a blessing and a curse. We had all the beach toys and accessories that we could dream of. Having a washer and dryer is always a must for us on longer term rentals and the condo had that duo. Nights were quiet allowing for restful sleeping. Parking was off street and always spaces available. I would rent this unit again and Debbie was a dream to work with. I totally recommend this rental condo for a wonderful getaway.

We had an excellent trip to AMI! Great location and beautiful home! We have 2 children and it was a very comfortable space for four. We are already planning our next trip back!

The house was great the only suggestions would be a more hand towels, better instructions on use of the TV, and advance notice on construction on the railing which made a ton of noise, difficult to go up and down the stairs and we had to move our car around to avoid the construction vehicles otherwise the views in the beach were quite nice

This was one of our favorite condos we have stayed in on Ana Maria! That location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants as well as trolley pick up. The beach in front of the condo was absolutely stunning and the sunsets are picture perfect! Communication with Debbie and Claudia couldn’t have been any easier. There is plenty of parking and we rented a golf cart which made our trip really feel like an island visit! We look forward to renting this beautiful condo again! Thanks Debbie and Claudia!

Easy!

We booked this rental for a last minute Memorial Day getaway and we were blown away about just how perfect it was! We were traveling with our almost 9 year old and 10 month old sons so we wanted something that was spacious, in an ideal location and oceanfront for ease of our family situation. This place checked all the boxes and then some! The unit is super spacious and well laid out. Both bedrooms are generously sized (my parents even came over and stayed the night one night and we still had plenty of space), as are the bathrooms and living space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and we loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit also has everything you need for the beach including plenty of chairs, towels, beach toys, umbrellas, coolers and more! I would suggest bringing a cart to help carry everything but you are not far from the beach if you need to make multiple trips. Which brings me to the proximity to the beach! This unit is oceanfront and was ideal for the multiple daily trips to the beach. When you want to take in the sunset away from the sand, you can take in the breathtaking panoramic views from the large patio or or stay in the cool AC and take in the views from inside with the large sliding glass doors. The complex also boasts a pool (perfect for cooling off after warm days at the beach), as well as several faucets for rinsing away the sand. The location itself is ideal as well! A short drive from both Bridge Street and Manatee Ave, you can take in all of the great restaurants and shops in Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach and Longboat Key in just a 10 minute drive. There are a few places in walking distance as well. I cannot say enough about the rental and how accommodating and gracious Debbie and Claudia were, both leading up to the trip and while we were there. They even allowed us an early check-in and the possibility to arrive a day earlier than scheduled for a discounted rate. Claudia was always quick to respond to questions during our stay as well. We definitely will be back!

Great view, great location on Island. Everything great except cleaning. Was sandy feeling when I arrived. It would be nice if owners could supply a swiffer vac for ease of sand removal. Yes, had to sweep constantly no matter how careful we were on washing feet etc. Also, the expected cleaning to do before checkout was a bit much, considering the cleaning fee.

We will most certainly be back. So many great memories for our family. Snorkeling off the beach was amazing. We found starfish, crab, and sand dollars. The sunsets are breathtaking. Incredible accommodations.

FUN SPRING BREAK. GREAT COMMUNICATION AND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS THERE.

The location is the heart of the south central end of the island. Close to the action yet very quiet. Convenient to shopping. Fabulous beach for walking, running and even fishing. Plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. Nice pool area. Well maintained common areas. Interior was more upscale than many properties in this price range. Very friendly neighbors. Communication with management was great. My only issue is that AMI's popularity is driving prices to where it is no longer the value that it once was. Along with increased popularity comes TRAFFIC!

Positives: Right on the beach with beautiful view from the balcony. Modern kitchen. When we had questions, got a prompt & friendly response from owner. Negatives: Stairs to climb. Felt it was overpriced.
