me gustó mucho, viajamos por un tema familiar y tuvimos q alojarnos en Talca...supero mis expectativas, muy amables todos y los restaurantes excelentes. la ubicación insuperable ya que hay un pequeño mall al lado y encuentras de todo si necesitas algo.

No contaba con estacionamiento privado sino que era el mismo del mall y costaba mucho encontrar estacionamiento.

Dentro de la habitacion no hay instrucciones siquiera del numeto de Front Desk, no hay servicio a la habitacion, no hay claridad en la informacion de donde y como usar el estacionamiento, la puerta con chapa electrica de tarjeta no funcionaba bien se demoraba mas de 5 tries para abrir con la tarjeta. Creo que si a uno le gusta Jugar es una opcion pero para o por trabajo es un mal lugar para quedarse

La ubicación es dentro del mall y el estacionamiento es complicado, ya que debes encontrar un estacionamiento desocupado en el mall, y por ende no quedas cerca, es dificil ir a buscar cosas al auto.

The parking garage is three blocks away. It's very inconvenient after a long day of work, and the valet service usually doesn't work well with my work schedule. I also liked the restaurant a lot better before they moved/rebranded it.

In the room, I cannot control the heating. Also there's ambient music in the corridors, that you can hear while sleep.
There's a lot of noise from the street, the isolation is not good.
The sauna were closed, converting the casino the only amenity in the hotel.

Rooms are quite big and have a nice view to the mountains.
The hotel is situated close to a busy street, connecting to the city and highway A5. There is loud traffic of Trucks and motorcycles all night through.
It is attached to a busy shopping center. Since this year the parking is chargeable (30min free) and expensive: from Sunday afternoon to Monday 7:30h 17000 Peso. Mo-Fr the Valet Parking Service is for free and works well.

The bed was comfortable
AC didn’t work, the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. Dinning options terrible. The restaurants are in the middle of the gaming rooms. The noise was incredibly loud. We asked for a quiet room and got assigned the room above their disco restarurant. Just terrible

The reception forgot to inform the housekeeping that I asked for laundry so it was really inconvienient
