Attitude and rudeness of staff. They were often aggressive. The beds are incredibly firm and rooms are far from sound proof.

the breakfast was not so good the sauna was always booked and we couldn't enjoy it at all the stuff didn't want to help with reservation for restaurants nor covid tests noisy

Breakfast and dinner were quite good. The spa is very nice although the staff could be more hospitable. The location is great if you're there for skiing.

Hot water sometimes fluctuates with cold. Elevators suck. Have to book spa and pool in advance and there are hardly any slots.

Location to lift is the only positive in this hotel.

Staff were rude from the moment we arrived. Facilities very poor, ski room is Insufficient and in need of an upgrade. Can hear noise 24/7 in the corridors. Breakfast was a shambles with zero organisation. The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos more of a 1980s youth hostel than what is sold. Overpriced. Overall very disappointed. Only plus point is location to lift but far away from any decent restaurants and the quaint village.

The WiFi was so slow as to be unusable and reception while polite made hard work of all but the simplest requests

There is not enough space to put in all the information about the problems I had, but briefly:- Checkin took 1.5 hours due to staff not recognising and accepting the correct covid documents. -which they had all the time. We were told we had to drive back to Turin (2 hours) to get an Italian Covid test as the UK one was not acceptable - very stressful on Christmas Eve Not giving information on breakfast, bar, carparking, ski lockers etc. The room smelled disgustingly unbearable of sulphur (rotten eggs) and it was a complete hassle to change, and I was still sorting it at midnight - it was reported at 5.30pm Staff cheered and clapped behind closed curtain once problem was solved - very condescendingly Was not ski to door Lifts were a nightmare Breakfast staff very unfriendly

The food was good

- staff at reception were unprofessional ( not answering emails, promising things like daily cleaning and follow ups that in the end did not happen) - charged a fortune for the accommodation given ( I booked the hotel, mentioning we travel with a dog. The booking was accepted. Two days before arrival , I called to confirm arrival time and we were told we only can stay at the residence with the dog. We expected a like with like exchange for the price paid hence accepted. Sadly that was not the case. The rooms were dirty, tired 40years, in a in an unwelcoming condo

Good selection of food in the restaurant for breakfast and in the evening. It was self service so you could pick to suit yourself.

It proved to be impossible to order a drink at the table but we just took our drinks down from the bar. Tap water seemed to be impossible to get in the evening and bottled water was charged for
