Não existe respeito nenhum pelo hóspede. Fui acordado antes das oito da manhã ao som de marreta !!! Hotel faz obra com hóspede dormindo. Não tem respeito algum pelo hóspede. Café da manhã está decadente a cada dia que passa. Suco de laranja de caixinha azedo, bolos de dia anteriores..

Localização, vista pro mar, café da manha, atenção dos funcionarios, limpeza impcável e instalações novas. Funcionaria do café da manhã bastante simpática e solícita. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Só acho que deveria ter piscina, mas como é bem perto da praia, acredito que a maioria não faz questão, mas fez falta aos meus filhos...

The staff was very respectful and supportive. They really did their best to help and accommodate. Th food was good and the kitchen staff very friendly. Thanks to all of them. They made my trip unforgettable.

terrific breakfast and very helpful staff. jao pablo spent a long time trying to help me get a local Sim card to work. It was very kind.

Location was far from my interests in Salvador. Mean elevator was not working and was tiring for me too walk up for flights of stairs in the heat. The air conditioning in my room also did not work, only the fan.

the staff was so nice and helpful, and the internet was really fast. breakfast was also a high point.

the rooms are very run down and not clean enough. I found several bugs and spiders around the room. I asked three times to switch the room, and it was not possible. This does not look like a 4-star hotel as advertised, but a 2+ star. It doesn't have a swimming pool nor a gym facilities. Your money doesn't pay that much.

Large bed. TV ok. Breakfast ok but not many 'local' products.

Elevator was not working for an entire day. The WC or shower was leaking meaning water on bathroom floor, we flagged immediately they gave us towels and said someone would be coming to check the next day, never happened. Hotel in front of the ocean but not many restaurants around or anything to see really by foot. Old style for room deco and furniture.

The breakfast was delicious and lots of different things to try. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but the shower was fabulous. The hotel has an underground garage and a car parking in the front. The beach in front of the hotel is quite nice. The staff is very pleasant. I will definetely return

good location near many restaurants, close to jogging trail and biking path. easy to get to. nice breakfast with many choices

little bit expensive for basic room, near the sea but not good beach, internet did not work continuously in the room

You should have security. I was almost robbed arriving at the hotel.
