Sorry but it is one of the worst experience ...

Untrained staff,poor room conditions, very poor quality of food... Senior Manager from Ramada should visit this franchise.. this hotel is mutilating your IMAGE.

We were three, me, my spouse and our child of 12 years. We had to checkout early before breakfast. The hotel did pack for us breakfast consisting of cold items such as sandwiches, muffins, bananas etc. which is appreciable.

We were three, me, my spouse and our child of 12 years. However, the towels, glasses for water and cups for tea / coffee were kept only for two. We had booked room including breakfast. We had to checkout early before breakfast. However, the hotel refused to serve use tea on complimentary basis though we had to skip our breakfast due to early checkout. Further, there was a lot of confusion with getting GST Invoice in the name and address of the company. At last before moving out of hotel, we took a photograph at the lobby. Despite the hotel staff observing the same, did not put on lights for the photograph to come brighter and clearer.

Service was actually very good.

Staff shortage no bell boy when we checked in Staff was chewing gum at the reception and was full of attitude No water in taps In room dining half of the menu wasnt available Some conference was there. Members were loitering in lifts and floor areas unnesseasry disturbing everyone else No 4 star decorum maintained. All money wasted

This visit, nothing was commendable.

the only thing about the property is not property bt the receptionist, Her name was Neha, she was very helping kind and enthusiastic about her job.

It was like a ordinary property. It has no feel like other Ramada properties. service was very poor, the rooms literally need renovation, the pool was not clean, fortunately it was raining outside during my stay and unfortunately the water was leaking from the window.
