Location, cleanliness, complete kitchen utilities, spacious terrace, big bathroom, very comfortable bed & pillows, friendly & responsive management & staff. I felt at home and would highly recommend to light travellers who are comfortable navigating stairs

No lift, too many stairs going up to the 2nd floor where the hallway gets narrower; buzzing sound of appliances/electric current (?) that light sleepers might not like

Quiet, central location. Bright apartment. Comfortable bed and great shower. Private terrace and wonderful balcony overlooking square which gets full sun til early afternoon in January. Very simple entry with codes. Good value, strong WiFi.

A table rather than coffee tables would be better, apartment a little tired, but sunny terrace, quiet location and simple check-in in a real bonus.

We liked the decoration of the hotel and the room, there is also a very nice smell. The location was also very good.

A little smelly in the room, one window at the ceiling in the kitchen. I should have booked a room with windows, then it would have been perfect.

The room was clean. The kitchen set up was very nice with everything you need to prepare and eat a meal.

There was no staff. A phone number was posted on the door to call if you needed help...the problem was that there was no phone service in this area. I spent two hours trying to communicate with Booking.com and the manager of the hotel. When I finally spoke to the manager, she told me she had sent an email with security codes and my room number...I never received it. When I did get into my room, I couldn't get the AC to work and I couldn't open the roof terrace door.
