For the first time we entered persons were open. They have animals.
Lack of providing the correct tools by default such as access to the beach for wheelchair, leaf net to catch garbage, passwords for internet access, broom for the sand.

It is at the sea, so that is nice
The rooms were poor. The sound of the discotheek and the planes keepster you awake all night. The breakfast was bad.

Clean & friendly staff.
Flight path from Catania airport over hotel.

the ocean view.
The first room they tried to put us in was not beachfront and smelled like sewage. we went to the front desk and told them we thought we were getting a beachfront as advertised. They made us pay an extra 150 Euro to get upgraded to one of the beachfront cabins. The room itself is rundown and needs repair. the ceiling and walls are cracked and crumbling. The washroom smells like sewage. The shower stall needs repairs. they are very stingy with toilet paper and request used toilet paper to be placed in garbage bin due to plumbing issues which I could never do that. The worst part was on Saturday there was blaring loud music that played from 10pm to 6:15am, even earplugs could not drown out how loud it was because of the heavy base. I looked out the window and saw thousands of teenagers walking to and from the disco-tech where the music was coming from.

lovely location near the beach
There is a private party venue right next door and we couldn’t sleep till 3am with the loud ‘Duff’ music. It felt like it was just outside our door. The next night there was a salsa private party. I was extremely disappointed we were not given any warning by the venue, as we desperately needed to sleep.

The staff provided excellent hospitality and went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my infant daughter. They even provided a cot and bed specifically for her, which was greatly appreciated.
The location of the resort is another highlight. With a private beach nearby, we were able to enjoy the beauty of the coast and relax in a tranquil setting. The calm atmosphere of the resort contributed to a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.
One of the challenges I encountered was transportation. As the property is located in a secluded area, it can be difficult to reach without private transportation. However, I made arrangements by booking a taxi, which provided a convenient and hassle-free solution. Upon arrival, I noticed that the rooms were not as luxurious as one might expect for their respective prices. The paintings and walls in the rooms did exhibit signs of age, which may not be to everyone's taste. However, I personally found this added character to the overall ambiance of the place.

Location, outside if the crowds, good espresso, parking inside the fences, stuff friendly.
Lidl market within walking range.
Great beach and view towards Aetna, also good for aviation spotters - located at the end if a runway. I did not mind the noise of starting planes.
I got a smoking room, so everything smelled cigarettes. No alternative proposed, even if this was low season.
The toilet flush was a bit old and did not clean efficiently.
Careful when getting there by a taxi from the airport (43 euros mid day, short drive by official taxi)

Beach front. Friendliness of staff. Very helpful.
Being winter there is not a lot to do in the area. Luckily we had a car.

Beautiful beach
Noise during the nights - parties almost every night.
Too far away from any supermarket, city center and bad bus connections.
Taxi was called by reception on incorrect time and They were trying to fool us to get extra money.
Poor breakfast.

Very close to the beach. Fridge and hair dryer in the room. Lot of green plants.
Breakfast had no variety, just a few things to eat. Quite expensive restaurant.

Guna was an excellent host and made our stay comfortable, customer service was excellent.
Perhaps a small kettle in the room would be a good idea.

Nice beach, and close to airport
Old dated facility.

The staff was amazing. EVERY PERSON we encountered was always the best you could expect. From the moment we checked in the reception attendant took time to walk us to our room and show us the facilities. The location is great and the staff works very hard to keep things clean. They cleaned and changed the sheets daily and groomed the beach every evening. The morning breakfast was a terrific Sicilian Cornetto and caffè served at the central bar on the beachfront.
The music was great and the Dj was on point, playing a great selection of stuff from classic to modern italian and even some 90s through current American stuff.
The complex is huge and had plenty of walking area as well as ample parking. We brought our two small dogs and the staff was absolutely amazing with them. When we went to the bar they even brought them water. Speaking of the bar, the Spritz is amazing and they changed it up slightly every time to add a different garnish. AMAZING!!!
The beach is great with clean sand and not a bunch of rocks like other parts of Sicily can be. The chairs and umbrellas were standard for Italian beaches, which is to say very comfortable and super easy from a user standpoint.
The room itself had a large mini fridge which worked well as well as terrific air conditioning, a table, a couch, and an extra bed. The counter space and large sink in the kitchenette was very nice and there was even a table with chairs outside to sit on and watch the sunrise in the morning.
The other reviews about the airport being nearby are spot on. The planes are loud when they land and take off and did occasionally go after midnight. The bar on the property was loud but wasn't terrible because it closed at 11. After the covid restrictions lift and they are open lateri could see the noise being an issue with sleeping, especially in the ocean front bungalows.
The hot water is a genuine danger and is set so hot you can hear it spurting in the pipes as it boils. Somehow it can go from uncomfortably cold to causing instant burns in less than a second. I know this sounds like exaggerating but it's not. Take great care with the hot water in the rooms!!!
The huge glass window looking out on the ocean you see in the picture was covered almost completely by a giant printed sticker that seemed to be put up to keep the cracked glass from shattering. Instead of a huge picture window it was essentially two oversized portholes.
There was a bulb missing from the bedside light and the light in the "kitchenette" area didn't work either. There is a small stove top that didn't work either. I know that sounds like a lot of negative but we still had a magical time.

It was directly on the beach. The staff was very friendly. There were enough outlets to charge things. Restaurant was good.
The bed was a bit old and having two frames pushed together isn't very comfortable sharing the bed. There seemed to be a water pump constantly running in my friends room. I didn't hear it in my room but could have been annoying for him.

Perfect location for the airport and catania and right on a beautiful beach
The whole complex was very tired looking
