The property is older but very well kept. The beach is gorgeous and the staff were friendly. The pricing during the booking process and all inclusive options was a bit confusing on Booking.com but we ended up eating local so it was fine. The food at the hotel restaurant was really good but we loved the local cuisine. The beds were decent, a little harder than I’m used to but definitely great for a hotel. The rooms were super clean and security was excellent.

There are no coffee makers or mini fridges in the room which makes it hard to keep left overs or wake up but we ended finding the best local coffee next door.

Great hospitality, amazing personel warm, smile and friendly. Very nice rooms, big comfy bed, good clean pool and the best location ever. Remember to stay on the beachside, otherwise you need to cross busy road to get the beach. You can go for free to sister resort Samsara and it's worth to visit!

Food (à la carte) sucks. Watever you ask is just finish... Maybe option All is better but we didn't try. But nex to Legends is Kuyaba hotel and restaurant and food there is absolutely amazing!

The beach was perfect- staff out there very helpful and friendly. Crossing guard Caesar was very helpful, kind, and informational- outstanding. Dining staff Jackie was exceptional- she was so friendly and helpful at all times and just a joy to be around - Thank you, Jackie! Chef Jean was outstanding as a cook and a delight to see each day. Thank you! We had an absolutely amazing time at your resort. Thank you to all!

Excellent location on the beach. Pools ok. Nice beach club. Room ok.

Had to pay for the mini fridge and wait for it long time. A/C dropped water inside the room. One of the lady at the front desk not very helpfull and even a bit rude. The others very polite and helpfull. Security, cleaning ladies and maintenance stuff very polite and helpfull. Price list at restaurant a bit unclear, you pay more for the drinks than it is on the list. And this is not because of the tax and service fee.

I asked for 2 beds they gave a king and one of us had to sleep on a cot

The property was basic and furniture tired but was sufficient for our needs. Breakfast buffet was good and varied. local dishes are cooked really well and very authentic. Good location.

Needs modernisation security for the separate rooms across the road from the main resort was not evident.

I liked the fact that you are right on the beach. And in the heart of Negril.

we didn’t actually stay at the property as the room was not clean and had insects in it. In addition we booked for all inclusive but were offered full board on arrival which had to be ordered off a menu which is open to the public so if the food was unsuitable or disliked there was no other option which with two young children was not suitable, and no snacks through the day were available. This hotel is not 4* as advertised it is more like a backpackers accommodation. Then to top it all they took a deposit from my card before arrival (which in actual fact was almost the total cost ) when it was meant to be paid for on arrival . Finally staff were dismissive of my concerns and the hotel was empty raising another concern.

Being on the beach is great

They advertise the rooms will have a microwave and refrigerator and they didn't, it's a real struggle to at least not have those items especially since you have to get your own water and there is no way to keep anything cold or fresh.

The beds were bouncy and big

Bathroom too small, I could hardly fit in the shower because of narrow it was,if I turned i would hit the wall, the room however was big. There is a absolutely no safety on the side of the resort where I was, security is only present at one side.. I hated also that u have to park and cross the street. Overall if ur looking for something quick and cheap then book here.

Right on the beach front, and it's a great location for you and your family to just unwind and chill and spending quality time together. There's also a pool on the property.

Everything was good.

It was a clean place, right in the beach. The water pressure and temperature were really good. The cleaners were proficient and very friendly and the room was well supplied. The staff was accommodating and the entire facility was well kept

Restaurant opened at 8. I would have preferred 7 or even 6am

Security always made sure we crossed the street safely.

Breakfast Staff was very rude and unprofessional.

I loved the location on the beach. It was very close to the market and other nice bars and restaurants. All of the staff were very welcoming and super nice.

The shower was scolding or freezing. It was very difficult to get it to stay at a lukewarm temp.

The breakfast was good, but could be better. We had Omelets with fresh fruits, but would have preferred to have local foods for breakfast, like Ackee and Saltfish, green banana, breadfruit, plantain. The Omelet was a bit dry meaning it was cooked a little too long.

What I didn’t like was that when we were checking in a lovely staff dressed in Navy blue who was assisting us was being ridiculed by two other staff( ladies dressed in yellow uniforms) who were standing by and speaking loudly and unprofessional. Every guest standing in the area could hear them, including the Staff they were talking about. The Staff was assisting my Cousin at the time, and doing her best to answer his questions. I wanted to address those women who were being very rude, loud and unprofessional with their mannerisms and behavior. I felt really bad for the very professional, well mannered, young lady who was assisting us. She did not deserve the bad behavior those women who are older and should know better and be more respectful and courteous. They should be ashamed of themselves, putting down their co-workers in such manner in front of guests. I dont know how long the young lady has been working there but she deserves to be there, she has good presence and is respectful, pleasent, and is a people person. Those two ladies should not be working up front with guests, yhey are the type of persons who will bring your business down by their mannerisms and behavior, it was really a turn-off hearing how they were speaking loudly concerning the young lady wear8ng the Navy blue outfit. I hope this helps in pointing out who they are.

i knew what I was getting and it was better than pre-covid. it’s perfect for us in every way - super clean, great air con plus a room fan

there’s no tea making facilities in the room and legends doesn’t open for breakfast until 8. we were lucky to get tea and coffee at 730 but we had been awake since 6!

Property was in a good location and close to the beach. Property was clean and tidy.

Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Security were asleep and didn’t acknowledge anyone coming in and out of the gate. Someone tried to break into our room during the night and staff shrugged it off when told the next day.

The resort was on the beach and the ocean was amazing, two swimming pool. The lifeguard of the resort was nice and professional. Nice gift set on arrival for the birthday girl.

Each and every person in the staff was rude and unprofessional at times, also careless. Requests from the guests were never taken seriously and that affected our holiday... We are 3 friends and 2 of us couldn't go to the cliffs the first day because the secretary did not give us two pair of keys, plus Tula was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. We asked for the room to be done because we had to change our plans and one of us wanted to stay comfortable in the room... Took them 4 hours to accommodate our request. Food was good, but we always had to ask a second and a third time to get what we wanted, also for drinks. That was annoying and time consuming.
