Great price, friendly reception, great location and spacious which we loved!

No view but still ok would have been really good if we had had a view. Great parking too.

La piscine était fermée alors que sur le site est noté jusqu'à fin octobre et en plus c'est une des 1ères photos qu'on voit sur le site, l'hébergement manquait de propreté, toiles d'araignées, prise électrique au mur arrachée, manque de luminosité, télé très petite par rapport au logement. Heureusement qu'on a payé un prix pas trop cher car sinon ça ne valait pas le coup.

TRES sale; toile d'araignée, moutons de poussière, sol dégouttant, vaisselle sale; lampe du séjour qui clignotait rapidement (très pénible, du coup impossible de s'en servir), je l'ai signalé , on me répond qu'on ne peut pas venir la réparer.

L'appartement est confortable, idéal lorsque l'on voyage avec des enfants. Nous avons apprécié la piscine intérieure. Le logement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville.

L'établissement ne propose plus de petits-déjeuners.

location and staff where very friendly and helpful

apartment very basic. kitchen ventilation very noisy all through the night every 30 mins unable to isolate. no comforts, no basic provisions, no cleaning products, etc. No vacuum not enough hot water.

The lady on reception was absolutely delightful. She was so warm and welcoming. It was lovely to be met with such a warm welcome after a long journey. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of town, and the bars and restaurants and the theatre/cinema. Its a lovely and interesting town with lots to do and see around and about. Great for a short break. It was a one bed apartment with a put me up bed, which was very comfortable. You could adjust the heating to suit. I asked for a south facing balcony and got one. We visited in January and so it was good to have a balcony in full sun so we could eat lunch on it, despite the chilly weather (and fierce wind). The balcony protected us against the wind. The apartment was in a central location and within easy walking distance of the town. We could park our car safely underground. It was quiet. We could take our dog. The pool is only open in school holidays. We thought the apartment was good value when we booked it, but since we didn't have proper cooking facilities, we would have expected to pay less. The weather (at the end of January) was lovely, but there was a fierce and very cold wind (wrap up warm) but we spent every day outside enjoying all that the region has to offer.

The hob didn't work so we had cook our meals in the microwave, but there were large bowls for cooking by microwave (there was only a metal one). There was no oven. The hotel did give us the key to another apartment but it was some way down the corridor, and not convenient to use. The hotel did not offer to move completely. The hob was newly installed, and clearly no one had checked it after installation. There was no draining board. We used the dishwasher as a drainer because there would not have been enough cups and bowls if we had waited until the dishwasher was full. There was very little storage space (other than the fridge) for our provisions. The apartment could have been cleaner (corners of rooms, inside wardrobe, windows, crockery draw and some plates/bowls, one of the blankets, a pillow case). The outside furniture was filthy. It obviously hadn't been cleaned and I had to do it myself. The fridge was very noisy (this only affected person sleeping on put me up in the lounge). There was only a couch for three (apartment for four). The shower was only half height, so you have to sit in the bath to have a shower, so you might as well have a bath. Take care of the bollards when getting out of your car to open the garage door - pull up in the wrong place, forget they are there and you will forever have an unwanted souvenir of your holiday!

Super friendly staff, so accomodating and polite. Very clear communication. Excellent location, quiet, green area and so close to the centre. Good heating.

The facilities were terrible. Stuffy, outdated, broken. Master bedroom with 2 separate beds, tiny 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Real pity because the building, the halls and the area are so well maintained.
