I liked the reception. Was happy that they were multilingual and could speak English and also without discrimination. The smile on their faces brought me so much peace. The cleaner was also sweet. The chef in the kitchen was absolutely loving too.

It was a typical spread for a German breakfast although there weren't any cooked sausages, only eggs. The room was basic, but clean and tidy.

I don't like it that booking.com claims that the breakfast is included in the price, but in fact it wasn't according to the bill.

Strange wires above the bed for the lamp power. Breakfast could be organized better. Canteen was full and we had to wait.

Cleaning was good.

I have request double bed, but it wasnt double bed. They just sticked together two single beds. As I stayed with my 2 kids it wasnt comfortable to sleep in between. There was also no additional coussion nor duve. The worse was the heat in the room, which would be bearable if you could open the window. There was so much noise from the restaurant downstairs that we couldnt open it. Terrible. We could not sleep till 2 o'clock in the morning.
