lovely building basic accommodation but clean & comfortable

i was unaware that property works in surrounding properties had restarted so therefore I didn’t stay at the pool area

no equipment in the kitchen, location is good, but a short walk to the center

No breakfast taken. Location very good, short walk to town centre shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful, rooms kept clean and tidy.

Would have preferred more equipment 8n the room, which only had a fridge and kettle with cups and saucers, but we knew this beforehand.

quiet location yet within a short walk of the Main Street and the river. Breakfast was available if wanted and there was a bar for drinks coffee etc which was always staffed

Apartments need to be better equipped eg knives forks spoons glasses couple of plates

very quiet and just out

It's located a short walk (5 mins) from the main areas of Dalyan, but we liked this as it meant it was quiet for the family and felt a bit more secluded. Location isn't inhibiting to holiday experience.

This is the second time we have visited and we were very happy both times! The property is a great value for money option as it’s very clean, has super friendly and helpful staff and is ideally located for the main town and river!

Staff were so wonderful. We had an issue with luggage going missing in the flight and the staff were so helpful sorting it out on our behalf. Couldn’t have asked for more! Would definitely come back. Also there is parking outside which is so handy if you have a car.

Great location. Easy walk to town, shops etc but still nice and quiet. Lovely pool area and great coffee !!

Zero kit in the kitchen. No cutlery or plates or utensils. I’m sure if we’d asked we could get them but odd not there with a kitchenette area.

It’s small , so it’s like having your own private hotel . staff all very pleasant and helpful . Amazingly low prices as well .

Lovely small hotel in pretty leafy street, near to centre. Spacious room, with separate sitting area, kettle and fridge.

A beautiful quiet hotel. Very comfortable spacious accomodation and super hot shower. Friendly staff with a nice pool and bar area. Would definitely recommend.

Great to have a big fridge kettle and mugs...would be helpful to have some basic cutlery and plates.

Perfect location just a 10 minute walk into town, nice and quiet, excellent service and very very clean!

Nothing everything was perfect

Our first time in Dalyan and we definitely picked the best place to stay to make our holiday perfect. This hotel is run by Selim and Emel (Hope I spelt them properly) they just can’t do enough to make the stay here perfect. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a gorgeous breakfast every morning. Rooms cleaned with fresh linen and towels every day. The only reason my score isn’t a 10 (which I feel really bad about) is that the double bed was to hard for me, when I mention it to the staff they did put a couple of mattress covers on the bed but it was still hard...that’s probably me being fussy! Luckily we had a softer single bed in the lounge area which I slept on. Thank you guys for making our holiday fabulous 😊
