In my first room, theres was a shower door missing and broken glass in the shower. As I wanted to change rooms, I had to go and ask 3 times at the bar if they could call someone for the reception. This took about 30 minutes. The new room I got had a broken table in it. The alley to the rooms is also very narrow and dark and they only installed curtains to cover up where they store their cleaning devices. After returning with some take out food, they checked me if I really was a guest, like I was very suspicious to them. Worst hotel that I ever stayed in and hard to get any worse.

The bed was quite comfortable. The view was nice if you ignore the ugly building.

The hotel was hard to find and they supplied no map or guidance without asking. It was unloved and run-down. The tiny room smelled musty. The walls were paper-thin. The carpet looked like a goat had been butchered on it. Pretty much everything was broken or very badly repaired. We paid €111 for one night, and if it was half the price we would have been ripped-off. Avoid.

Hotel in the centre of Auron. Parking in front of the hotel. Nice renovated room. We had family room. Balcony with view on mountains. Nice staff. All easy.

Breakfast for 13€ per person seems to us a bit expensive.

Nice staff and very helpful. Great location in the heart of Auron. Couldn't be any more central for access to all amenities. Spa facilities were a nice touch. Good breakfast.

The property basically needs a €1m refit. Rooms are old, small and tired. Bathrooms are only just acceptable.
