Nous avons séjourné une partie de la nuit dans cet établissement car notre vol était à 5h00 du matin. Petite chambre simple et propre. A 3 minutes de l'aéroport de Göteborg. Pas de personnel, accès via un code. Déjeuner self-service.

Hotel and the owners hospitality exceeded our expectations. Free shuttle ride from airport, early check-in without cost. Owner arranged taxi for a special price to city. Very good self service breakfast options. Hotel looks nicer in real life than in pictures. Padel court!!

Room was comfortable, clean and convenient.
After speaking with the reception staff 3 times, we were assured there would be a taxi for us to travel to the airport at 4:45 am. No taxi appeared. We called Uber and got to the airport more or less on time. Since this was the most important part of our stay (we were only there for 8 hours), it was disappointing that it was not handled as promised.

Absolutely terrible experience booking through booking.com for this hotel. I requested a shuttle and a late check when I first booked several months before the stay. Flygplatshotellet replied by asking for my flight number which I provided. When we arrived to the airport, there was no shuttle to pick us up and the hotel would not answer their phone. Terrible communication between booking.com and the hotel… I am still not even sure that the hotel even offers a shuttle or late check in even though the booking.com page says that they do. In the end we had to take a taxi in the middle of the night to our own arrangement. After this experience, I contacted the hotel and several customer service representatives from booking.com who could not offer a refund.

Perfect location, great facilities and the staff went above and beyond to assist with the organisation of a very early taxi for us. We were very happy with our stay!

During my stay, I met another guest who informed me that the hotel offered a free airport transfer service, but when I contacted the hotel to arrange for a pickup, I was informed that the service was not available. Consequently, I had to pay approximately 45 euros for a 3.3KM distance from the airport. Although the room was clean, I requested a cot for my child, but it was not provided. As a result, we had to make do with a 120cm bed for three people.
