Great location, spacious appartments, pool, sauna, good pizza, friendly owners…

For 2 people the apartment was pretty big. It was very well outfitted with all sorts of new kitchen appliances, tea towels, dish wasser tablets, just everything we needed. We've slept very well.

The room was too well heated. Luckily we could turn the heating down. And I'm afraid to say that the WiFi was very bad.

We were happy to use the bread and pastry delivery service in the morning. I liked that our dog was allowed to be with us, and there was no limitation when we wanted to take him anywhere at the facility. The hotel provides a Dachstein-SommerCard for the stay, which I found very convenient and saves you a lot of time and money. The place is also very child friendly; there is a big playing room, an outside playground, and a small pool.

The wifi at this Hotel is not functioning. Even though we complained a few times, the owner at the reception said they were "working on it." I suppose once you claim wifi is available, there should be one. The only place where you could catch wifi was at the reception. The hotel also provides homemade pizza (which was not very tasty) and drinks (good). However, the owner insisted on paying these only by cash, which I did not like (no bill for the consumption, only hand-written on paper).

great breakfast with local flavours, very attentive owner with great hospitality, amazing views to the valley and mountains around, great swimming pool to get some relax after all day hiking.

The owner was very pleasant and kindly. Location was good and close to many attractions.

Wifi only in the recption and not very well

A great place for families! Our children (6 + 2.5) loved the pool, the playroom and the outdoor toys.

Elisabeth is a very kind and helpful owner. we received every morning fresh weather forecast, tips for places to be visit, and all kind of help we needed. the appart-hotel is very well equipped, with a great view to the hills.

The bed was a bit too soft for us, there were a bit a traffic in front of the house to Untertal, and the wifi connection was a problem during our stay due to a technical trouble, but all these were not big issues. We enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was simply amazing. Apartment fully equiped, clean, very comfortable beds. The hotel itself is very well located near the bus stop, near the shop in a quiet location with beautiful views. And we also used the cozy sauna.

Nothing to dislike.
