De hele accommodatie niet gezien. Zag er op de foto’s geweldig uit. Na boeking kwam er een bericht dat er geen warm water zou zijn. Of wij overgeboekt wilden worden naar het Park hotel. Mee akkoord gegaan. Daar een suite gekregen. Dat was meer dan prima! Eigenlijk is de beoordeling dus niet geheel terecht voor deze locatie.

a little pricey and no oven or toaster

Breakfast rolls at the door at 7 am every day, very private, and extremely clean and they restocked the fridge every day. soundproof windows so very little outside noise. we felt safe the entire time and well looked after. when we asked the cleaning staff for help they were really kind even with limited English and our limited German. the food left for us was always fresh and super tasty. the room had everything you could need and felt like a real apartment you could live in. the building is within walking distance of most the major attractions around. we even walked to the zoo and it only took us about 10 minutes through the side streets. it was also directly beside many supermarkets, the market place and train station that was full of different shops and restaurants, so stocking up the fridge with food we liked was also easy.

the helpline wasn't really working for us when we tried to get the password for the wifi, which we found out, in order to get the wifi password, you need wifi to access the website and phone with a QR code scanner (luckily my friend's phone had this). which it would probably be better if the password was emailed to those who are staying? as that was a little difficult to work around. we got there in the end and it was fine. The elevator was also mildly confusing at first because there are multiple different lots using the one shaft and therefore two sets of buttons inside the elevator. it was after about 10 minutes of confusion we noticed we had to hold down the room card on a scanner above a set of buttons and press the floor you are on for the abito suites floors. again nothing too majority challenging but would have been nice if there were more instructions sent to us or provided to read before we got there.

cleanliness, comfort, good place in the center of city

The location was absolutely perfect, You stepped out of the apartment straight on to the shopping area and the Christmas Markets. Parking garage also nearby.

Room for improvement! It would have been handy if the hotel could have informed us in-advance that they do not have a reception/front desk at all on site instead you need to use a checking machine to activate your room key. Also you need to know where to find this “Contactless Check-in” system. Also if your room isn’t ready (in our case it wasn’t) we had to keep coming back and checking in again - which was helpful as we could help all the other guests who were struggling to check in. Pictures of where to the check-area and instructions might be handy.

Great value for money. The prepared breakfast is wonderful!

I never got the info on the check in process, we got lost in the building till a nice gentleman helped us out.

We have been going here since 10 years

For the first time we found a machine which was not able to make hot milk but only coffe. This doesn’t allow to make breakfast in the suite. We’ll come another time and we hope to find the proper machine otherwise we have to go elsewhere!
