Location food taste cleanliness and ambience

Room no 1409 on the 4th floor where I stayed had a small bathroom and the toilet commode was fitted parallel to the side wall and i found it difficult to sit on it as very little space was available to spread my leg

bathroom was stinking, had to change the room. staff not so friendly. rooms could be better for the price no well maintained

Facilities, ambience and AC Controller in the Room were not good

the rooms are small and bed way too small for a family of two adults and a child. the breakfast given is good but some more options will help

They are luxury room price was 4k and early morning charges has conducted in Extra 2k.what was the logic ?they are show in actually varrient is luxury room is 6k....we r booking app for show in 4k...they are tally in early morning charges included around the 6k....

Inspite of chaning rooms, I suffered 2 nights of an AC which did not work.
