it needs to upgrade their sun beds as they are old tatty and uncomfortable they also need to do doke maintenance jade and there.

Nice place to stay, 3 min to walk to the beach. Rooms are clean, friendly and good people around, food tasty. Everything was very nice. Love this place.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everyone from the receptionist to the bar personeel and the cleaners were incredibly kind. We got lucky and received an upgrade to a room with a private pool. This room was extremely comfortable and luxurious. We then moved to the room with seaview with jacuzzi which was just as good. The rooms were clean and the food was well above expectations.

Although the pool is quite big we didn’t make use of it due to the many children/families at this hotel but that might be preference. The hotel is close to the sea so the beach is a good option.

breakfast had a lot of choices but not for fresh fruits. It also seemed a little roughly made. The cleanliness was overall good, but it can definitely be better.

I would like to start the review from the staff that was extemely correct, professional, helpful in every moment and extremely friendly. Before booking on Klelia beach Hotel i saw their website and everything written there is equal to what this place offer. The rooms booked were very clean and confortable. Meal was very delicuous. There were too many opstions to choose. Drinks also. Even we had a little delay the rooms were on our disposal immediately at the moment we reached the hotel ( would like to mention that the hotel was aware as we advetised them just to be correct, so as we expect correctness from the others we must also be correct as customers.) The days passed on Klelia were wonderful days. Highly recommanded.

Very tasty all inclusive meals, also perfect price and quality ratio. We had early check in with no charge. Definitely recommended!

Very friendly stuff, a lot of coctails, meal almost the same every day, but because it is very delicious, it is not a problem. Sea is not far from the hotel. Very quite place to stay.

Food was really great. New towels every day. Nice staff. Clean and tidy rooms (daily cleaning). Overall good experience.

Safe box was in the room but they were charging extra fee for it. I find it sily these days. Water was hot only from time to time (not a big deal due to the fact that it was extremely hot during our stay).

It is ose to the beach centre and airport. The staff especially Antzela and Xhoana were very welcoming and made it a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had a swim up room which i can highly recommend! Food was good, except for breakfast always varied. Staff is extremely nice, super kind although they work very long hours. It is close to a small beach.

not sustainable at all, using a lof of plastic. the cleaning lady comes each day and changes all towels no matter if they were used - we tried telling her not to but communication was hard 😅 bathroom small, which is fine but the shower doesnt have a wall or a curtain so you need to shower carefully not to flood the whole floor.

Everything was beyond amazing, from the delicious food to the amazing people at the hotel. I will definitely return to this hotel every summer and bring my friends and family as well.

Where to start? I usually never leave reviews unless they are good 10 star reviews because I don’t like to ruin anyone business but my experience with Khelia Beach Hotel made me do this! This was the single worst experience and customer service I ever had! First of all when I booked a hotel for 3 nights the price that I got on booking.com was one then when I looked at the confirmation it was 25% higher for some reason (booking did say they were gonna fix it after 10 e mails back amd forth with them) but Khelia didn’t want to do anything about it. Then we arrive at the property and after getting our passports they say that we were gonna stay in the building across the street from the actual hotel in a really sketchy neighborhood. Whole point of getting a all inclusive resort is to stay at the hotel and never leave if you don’t want to. This way for every meal we would have to go across the street and back to the room. Also it felt like they sub rented a property from a neighbor and not part of the hotel because it didn’t look anything like their property. When we asked to get us a different room in the actual resort they straight up said they were not gonna help us that that’s something we booked, even though nowhere at the reservation it said it was going to be a different building. We tried being nice and wanted to pay extra if needed just to get us a room we wanted, but they declined. After an hour of trying to be nice I asked the kindly to refund us our money and we are going somewhere else, but they declined. I even offered to pay for one night but they still declined. Hotel looked nothing like the pictures on booking and it one of the biggest false advertisement situations I ever had. Front desk staff was unhelpful and rude, hotel manager and owner were rude. I even tried convincing them via email to help us with the refund but they still declined.

the property is in a lovely location right next to the beach, the staff were incredibly friendly especially Cristina the reception lady.

Excellent food, choices great! Staff lively and helpful! Room great size. Entertainment was really good. Good pool area. Would use again if in Zante!

Beds a bit hard. Would have been nice to have loungers on terrace in suite.

Drunken slobbish behaviour by some guests which made me feel vulnerable which the management brushed off saying they were just being humorous!!
