everything was good, the only thing was that the bathroom could be a bit bigger but it wasn’t really an issue for us.

We loved everything… our room was beautiful, the terrace was lovely and the situation was perfect , just a short walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants . It was very quiet at night and we woke up to the sounds of the countryside.

The room was a good size, had plenty of space, with great views. I liked the various seating areas outside to catch the sun, or shade, at different times of the day. The guest house was a 10 minute walk, on the flat from the port, next to a really good & friendly restaurant. We were there to do plenty of walking and the host was helpful & knowledgeable about the paths, some of which were easily accessible from the guesthouse.

Clean, quiet, and excellent view. There is plenty of natural light with the window open. Away from the busy port, but only a few min to walk. Everyone working was friendly and helpful. Some amenities like a fridge, kettle, cups, and utensils. In addition, they set up a play pen for our baby at no extra charge, and they loaned us a bottle opener and wine glassed to use during our stay. The room was cleaned every day. Great restaurant only a few steps away.The mattress was fairly firm, but it was still ok, and we found most matresses we've stayed on in Greece were firm. Glad we found this little gem. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay again

Great location - in a nice and quiet street, a bit away from the marina and the central part of the city (less than 10 minutes on foot), ideal starting point for running and hiking; spacious terraces where you can have a quiet breakfast and plan your day's hikes; very friendly host and pleasant atmosphere.

1. Lovely short stroll from the port. We were there in winter, but in summer I’m sure one would be grateful for some respite from the crowds. 2. Very nice host who was friendly and welcoming and gave us info about things to do/places to eat, but also didn’t intrude on our privacy. 3. Terraces looked great, in the warmer months no doubt ideal. 4. Breakfast discount at restaurant in town worked well and their food was good. 5. Loved Hydra generally, especially with it being so quiet in the winter. We felt we got a special insight to the island’s charm!

We stayed in the ‘junior suite’ 1. The bathroom/toilet are part of the bedroom… only separated by a large curtain. We had a system which allowed us to keep some romance in our relationship, you’ll need one too. 2. The mattress was hard (beyond firm).

Peaceful location away from the more busy areas, beautiful views from the rooms and balconies and really helpful and welcoming hosts! We absolutely loved our stay at Nereids.

The staff was amazing and caring.

We loved our stay here. The room was beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed. We had a terrace right outside the room with a lovely view to the port. We used it a lot for morning tea or a late afternoon ouzo. The hotel is about 7 minutes walk from town. We liked this as it was very calm but also gave us the opportunity to explore many of the alleyways on our daily commute to the town! The staff here were also very friendly. Recommended!

Nothing to dislike at all. Perhaps some more storage space for clothes... and ear plugs ... if cocks ,donkeys,dogs, cats and birds in the morning may irritate you!

The guesthous is like 7min walking away from the harbour, kind of at the edge of the town, so it’s location is quietBig room! Nice view from the terraces. Water kettle and refrigerator in the room. The shower is seperated from the toilet with a wall, so the bathroom doesn‘t get completely wet like usually in greece. The water is very hot. The owner was very nice and already waited for us. As we forgot our toothpaste the owner was helpful in providing us with a small toothpastetube.

The A/C is a bit loud and has some high pitched sounds, that might be a bit of an unconvinience for people with light sleep. Scarcity of power sockets.

So happy with this unique place! Great atmosphere, team and location. Lovely design and beautiful view!! Would love to come back when travelling to Greece. Highly recommended
