Tim was friendly and welcoming as usual. Love the views from the bedroom windows. The location is ideal to all amenities in the town. Breakfast is excellent. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

it’s a bit tired looking - a number of our lights weren’t working (easy to fix though) and the window was knackered - there was a knack to keeping it open!

The room was cold I checked in a 4 got to the room the room was freezing radiator didn't work owner gave me a fan heater .Went out for dinner radiator still not working complained again. Finally got it working but still not warm .it was warmer on the corridor. The shower basin had dead flies I it owner said what's a few flies .I had a,long day walking all I wanted was a warm room and a hot shower the room smelt damp.i left my keys and drove home .I emailed the owner when I got home .with her reply what's a few flies and I would have gave u another room .errr No thankyou!!!!!!

Check in times and check out times were very regimented The room was absolutely freezing during the night no heating at all in the room I use a CPAP machine while sleeping which meant no sleep for me as the room was that cold

Booked and paid extra for a sea view room and we thought we’d be getting the rooms with the bay windows as seen in the pics but we were given the attic room. Outdated decor and walls patched up. Cats walking about. Bed was two single mattresses put together wasn’t comfortable at all.

Nestled in the heart of Portrush is this quaint little hotel, all I can say is great breakfast, comfortable rooms with all necessities provided, a knowledgeable host, and wonderful views. A must visit if staying in Portrush!!

The bed structure could be better, the mattress was comfy, just the bed framework squeaks. All in all it was an amazing stay.

Great location and beautiful clean room. Super friendly host and good vibes all around. Brekkie was lekker too. We would definitely come back and would recommend to others.

On arrival at Harbour Heights Tim was on hand to check us in and then to arrange our breakfast slot. My partner and I were in Room 10. Nice room with a perfect view of West Strand beach and harbour. The room had all we needed and the big bed was very comfortable. Location was great as we were just across from the beach and we could hear the waves lapping which was very soothing. Lots of pictures on the walls in the property which were lovely to look at. Breakfast was great - porridge and toast and then a fry. Filter coffee was poured for us. Staff were efficient and made sure we were ok.

I have to say there wasn’t anything I didn’t like at this property. We hope to return again as soon as we can.

Where do I start, the view, the price, the breakfast all exceptional but for me the owners were very talkative and friendly which makes my stay all the better I think.

Very little, but if I had to and I stress had to find anything that was other than perfect it would be the bin was small and hard to find lol
