The host Aline was very helpful and answered all the questions and queries. She made me feel very welcome in the facility. She had taken care to document all the relevant information and filed it away for future reference of the guests. She has taken the care to stock all the essentials in the kitchen. Plan to return to this property when I visit Nantes again :)

Distant from the central districts of the city. But if you wish to enjoy the quiet residential area of Nantes the location is great.

I was perfectly satisfied with everything! The apartment is located in a wonderful area. The area is quiet and calmy. I approached everything on foot, even the city center, because riverside walks were a real refreshment for me. The quarter-master is really nice, welcoming, flexible and discreet. The apartment has everything you need for the traveler. If I go to Nantes again, I have no question of staying here. Thanks for everything!
