Elevator wasn't working on the second day of our stay and we have senior citizen who has difficulty in walking. It was a struggle walking from the 3rd floor going down.

No breakfast available on site

No air conditioning in corridors.Plus kettle in room.As hot water provided in corridors.Innadequete not hot enough.Also very important point.The night before my departure at 6-30 am.I ordered a taxi at the reception desk.Plus security on entrance door.Next morning no taxi.When l enquired at reception.The answer was staff forgot (unbelievably unprofessional reply).Resulting in my exiting the hotel 🏨.And walking around side streets.Where l eventually found a trycicle.Otherwise l would have missed my flight ✈️ to Manila.And consequently two further connecting flights 👎

Cozy place and close to the restaurants, stores and the port of Dumaguete.

Our room has no hair dryer which is just a minor issue.

The location was only a 10 minute walk to the ferry port. There were plenty of restaurants very close by and we found an excellent spa for a very nice massage. The room was clean and large and the facility was well maintained.

I prefer rooms with refrigerators.

The carpet is stained and needs shampooing. TV reception was fair.

Old run down hotel. The rooms are terrible. No windows and dark.

Good location but there are better options around.

I really love Hotel Nicanor. the family room was really great and huge. I Love it because of its affordability, and cleanliness. and ofcourse and the location was really great. indeed, at the heart of the city .

We’ve noticed that the aircon didn’t cool that much .

I picked this hotel because of its location near to pier. Everything was okay not amazing but not horrible. Room was somewhat clean, the bed was comfortable and stuff answered questions I had.I wouldn't stay here more than one night, but for transit it worked good.

The towels look like rugs as its very old and lost its fluff. Really needs changing as its already dirty white in colour. The tub base has cracks and ants pass through the cracks. shower pressure is low and hot water is an issue.
