Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße heraus und es war mit offenem Fenster sehr laut. Das Frühstück war o.k., aber kein kulinarischer Höhepunkt.

Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Man war in kurzer Zeit am Strand.
Wir haben uns in der Umgebung die Sehenswürdigkeiten angeschaut. Was mir gut gefallen hat.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Sehr laut.
Wir hatten ein Souterrainzimmer zur Strasse. Vorne war der Parkplatz.
Egal was man für ein Zimmer bekommt, es ist nicht sehr prickelnd.
Frühstück war sehr reichlich aber kaum Abwechslung.
Die Zimmer sind öfters sehr spät Greinigt worden.
Wir hatten deswegen mal bescheid gesagt.
Kam nicht gut an beim Personal.
Die Frauen arbeiten auch nur nach Anweisung. So war die Aussage.
Das haben wir denn auch die letzten Tage gemerkt.
Also, alles in allem ! Wir werden dort nicht mehr buchen.

Das Zimmer und die Lage waren ok. Das Zimmer war sauber und für ein Hotelzimmer war alles da was man benötigt.
Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr schlecht. Die Auswahl war zwar ok, dafür wurden aber die offenen Lebensmittel jeden Tag erneut raus gestellt. Als Beispiel, das Stück Camembert war alle 4 Tage das Gleiche was draußen lag. Offene Lebensmittel dürfen kein zweites Mal raus an den Kunden gehen, auch wenn das eine riesige Lebensmittelverschwendung ist. Die Kissen auf den Betten waren schon mehrfach gewaschen und dementsprechend war das Innenleben des Kissen nicht mehr geeignet zum schlafen.

Top Lage, sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal
Zum Frühstück zu wenig Kaffee, die Kanne ist für zwei kleine Tassen und wenn man zu zweit reist ist es zu wenig. Auf Wunsch wird aufgefüllt.

The staff didn't speak English, we didn't find any information in the room about wifi.

The location is very good. the rooms were spacious.
The breakfast spread was extremely rudimentary.
Customer service can be improved for sure.

The shortage of staff (reception closed at 18.00hrs until 08.00 the following morning) and lack of amenities (no bar/restaurant dring the day or evening) means this is not really a hotel, rather a well appointed hostel. The room was clean and the bathroom newish, but the overall impression was of an establishment that scimps at every opportunity.
Breakfast began serving at 08.00, really not early enough at all for busy people. No night porter and no-one on reception before 08.00. Not good enough.
The building is noisy as people walk about causing the floors to vibrate like a drum - especially annoying at 05.30 in the morning, when early rising guests begin their day.
The proprietors need to up their game in terms of delivering a service to their guests.

This hotel has good location. It's not in the centre but there is food court next to the hotel. And beach is also very close, cozy and not crowded.
Reception working hours till 19 maximum 20.

No balcony in our room,direct on main road ,during the day loud but otherwise very good.

Very nice location - ver close to the beach. Also, the Kap Arkona and Jasmund National Park are close to Glowe. I enjoyed breakfasts served in the hotel.

The location was excellent--just across the street from the beach. The rooms were newly furnished and very clean.
Our room was just below ground level, so leaving the windows wide open was not an option, but luckily they had screens to help keep out the mosquitoes.
