仕事で使用させて頂きました。
安定のリッチモンドで、設備の清潔感などは素晴らしかったです。
スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で、特に気になるところもございませんでした。
チェックインの際の記帳が、予約時の情報が反映されていればなと思いました。
タッチパネルにペンで書きこむ形なのですが、結構やりにくかったです。
ご高齢の方には厳しいかと思います。
朝食もバイキングの種類が小分けで少なかったですが、コロナの影響もあるので致し方無いですね。
味はとても良かったです。

室内、冷蔵庫のポケットが破損していた。

駅近で、ホテル周辺には飲食店も多いのでかなり便利。滞在中、自由に飲めるドリンクバーもあり重宝しました。部屋の広さもちょうどよく、ゆっくり休むことが出来ました。
朝食は、充実していて美味しかったです。スタッフの方の対応もとても素敵でした。
朝食の際、近くの方が携帯動画を大音量でみていた。ホテル側の責任では無いけど、ゆっくり食事する気分になれなかったのは、残念。

Nice location and service, the lady at reception kindly managed to alter our room to a non-smoking one despite that I booked a room allowing smoking by mistake.

Overall the hotel was perfect for us. Room was spacious enough. Staffs was very polite and efficient. Simple breakfast but I love the soup presented.

great location, just a few minutes to the main station. The room was cozy and comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was all in small plastic containers. Not only does that look like a fast food convenient store, it produces so much plastic waste. The blue plastic gloves look like we’re handling toxic waste.

Good location, easily accessible from the main railway station; very considerate breakfast setting as packed salad, packed cut fruits
Lifts and the entrance hall were a bit stuffy and humid, yet perhaps just from the outside air around the season

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the train station and entertainment. The staff was professional and quick to assist. The included breakfast was delicious.
The rooms were small and need to be renovated. The hotel has no parking of its own and no reasonable discounts with surrounding parking establishments.

the location was superb, and the drink bar with free soft serve ice cream was amazing! the breakfast selection was very good too.
the rooms felt smaller than advertised, and it’s quite outdated.
