Staff were friendly and helpful. Great selection of food for breakfast. A quiet street and close to all the amenities of Coyhaique so walking around was easy.

Well located and the owner was friendly.

We were charged a lot more money than we expected because we paid in pesos rather than dollars. The exchange rate they gave us to pay in the local currency meant we paid an extra 20%. The lady working in reception was also not very friendly.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic and largely thanks to the owner who went above and beyond in her hospitality!! We were supposed to arrive at 20:00 with Bus Becker, but unfortunately we ended up arriving 3 hours later at 23:00. Even though we weren't able to let her know we'd arrive late, she intuitively knew that we would come eventually and stayed late just for us. Amazing! The hotel itself is beautiful, everything clean and with nice decorations, and is perfectly located close to the center of Coyhaique. The other staff members were also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and the shuttle service to the airport was arranged by the owner for us. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely go back there next time we're in Coyhaique. :-)

No complains

Great breakfast. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful even though we had a little bit of a language barrier. Excellent location just two blocks away from the main street, but still very quiet neighbourhood.
