We like the cleanliness, location and staff

a little noise but to be expected right on the main plaza

Great location, paid parking nearby, very clean and well maintained

if you get an 'inside room', it is quiet. if you have a room facing the square - it is VERY noisy.

The roof top patio was a wonderful place to watch the moon rise and get a bird’s eye view of the plaza.

The rooms all open to a central courtyard and noise echoed. Signage requesting quiet after 10 might help.

no lightbulbs in lamps, airconditioner would not turn off, too much chlorine used to clean room (burned my throat), children in courtyard (where rooms were off of) screaming and yelling, overall - tacky

the water was cold and the control remoto of the heater didn’t work and it was a damage front the toilet … it was a leaking problem

Location is right in the Square, the staff is amazing, The facilities are very good and the restaurant attached is excellent and the front desk (Letti) was very helpful in arranging transportation from tequila to Guadalajara for us

Make sure to tell them to turn the hot water on if you plan to take a shower in the evening… The boiler only runs certain times of the day unless you let them know
