The receptionists were very nice, as well as the cleaning service. We had to wait until 4PM and our flight came in very early, but they have a nice room for guests to use freely when arriving/leaving, so we had the comfort of staying there until our room was done. All our needs were successfully satisfied.

The furniture was old and outdated. I’m not comfortable at all.

The location is walking distance from the beach. The grounds and room were very clean. The staff were professional.

Very good location for getting around and for a night out. Beaches within 5 min walk. If younneed to catch a bus the stop is right outside.

Bathroom was a bit smal and show could do with up grading

I have stayed here numerous times this summer season and each time I was happy with the room, service and staff interaction. The kitchenette, fridge and small seating area elevated the experience, especially as there is less than a 5 min walk to the supermarket. The pool is also a nice touch. The location is fantastic overall.

Unfortunately, on two occasions I left "triple-figured" gadget items behind. Not only was I never contacted by staff (as I understand to be the protocol) but on both occasions, when I made contact with the reception - neither of my items could be located. There was no offer of compensation. I then tried to contact the Manager for weeks and she/ he was never ever available. This experience has not deterred me from staying there again but ONLY because the location is super convenient. However, I am definitely disappointed by the low level of customer service surrounding my items accidently left in the rooms. As a side note, the (paid for) breakfast atmosphere always seemed a bit tense but the breakfast was nice (once the ingredients were available) chef seemed very accommodating.

Location and value for money.

The inflexible check out time for a hotel that was almost empty. Especially when some guests were allowed to check out 6pm the day before.
