Perfect location very close to old Liege and with courtyard parking. The rooms are modern within an old shell, so it has character without the disadvantages. Decent breakfast (continental but it suited us).

Access to the courtyard was difficult as the gate is narrow but we reversed in OK. Liege is currently a building site as they instal a new tram system, but that's not the property's fault! And we were given clear instructions on how to navigate the roadworks.

Location- interesting building too. Car parking in grounds essential as building a metro in Liege!

Easy walk to centre of city (despite the roadworks), lovely modern room with comfy beds. It was nice to have the option of both firm and soft pillows. Optional breakfast was wonderful.

The property is in central Liege, there’s a lovely courtyard between the owners’ building and the B&B (where you can park if you have a car). The room (2nd floor, no lift) was spacious, light, very well appointed, all mod cons. Very good shower. The breakfast was excellent. Denise (one of the owners) contacted us the day before we arrived with detailed instructions about how to navigate the extensive roadworks throughout central Liege (the council is installing tram tracks).

These are quibbles: A surprising lack of little ledges in the large shower to put shampoo, soap etc on. A couple of the windows in the room had makeshift repairs to their blinds, but the blinds worked OK. Nothing to do with the property, but the tram track construction works mean main thoroughfares are closed to cars and are quite difficult to navigate on foot, more so with luggage. These tram track works will take many months (at least) to conclude. There’s what turns out to be a main thoroughfare on the external side of the B&B building, which could be noisy if you need to keep the windows open in warmer months, but earplugs are provided.
