I liked the quality of renovation of the house. Decoration, furniture etc all great. Bathroom & bath products good. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The parking (I was sent a phone number to call to open the gate) worked out well & was secure. The location is just a short walk into the town centre.

A really nice room in a residential setting .Good breakfast and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay.
Getting in and out of the property, required a phone call. Easier access would have been good . It’s a walk up the hill from town.

Room was very clean and same as the photos.
Breakfast was really nice as well.
Strongly recommend this hotel and I am sure that it is the best hotel in cesky kromlov.

Love the cleaniness
stairs could be an issue for the older folks. The walk to town is via a steep slope

Almost nothing. the gap between the expectations (mainly due to the VERY high price and the reality was unbearable.
The owner attitude. He offered us to move to another hotel that he owns.

The staff made the trip great. She was flexible and helped us get a different room to help my parents that could not walk up all of the flights of stairs. The breakfast was outstanding, and the yard and views were lovely.

Loved this hotel - beautiful spacious room - very clean and warm, Nikola was wonderful and the kind lady who made us breakfast each morning also very nice.

Situation with stunning view.
Staff was friendly.
At that high end of the market we expected exellancy, it is a good middle rate. No reception at 6pm. No fresh bread for breakfast. No choice for breakfast - but to be fair, everybody is in trouble with corana.
It was not 100% clean, the bedside lamps had to be plugged in by us

I was missing minibar price list and corkscrew in the room.

Staff was very friendly (which is not the norm in Czech) and helpful, very good English, rooms are clean and all amenities are well taken care of. You can see everywhere a high attention to details and quality (from the furniture to the bed mattress to the bathroom, etc). We travelled with 2 small kids and we found Beatika very kid-friendly.
Butter for breakfast would have been good (there was only margarine), but aside this minor miss the breakfast was sufficient and fresh.
