The villas are situated at a perfect location to explore the island. Each villa/ room is decorated with taste and meraki. The view has been mesmerising. The small kitchenette is allowing full independence and helps eliminate the time one eats out. The common areas are very welcoming and cozy. A perfect destination for a yoga retreat. The owner and the staff are very friendly, polite, accommodating and professional. Room was cleaned every day very thoroughly. Overall it was an amazing experience, can’t wait to come

Excellent room, attention to detail in the interior as well as the garden outside. Very quiet but very close to Avlemonas, excellent spot for families and couples!!

Everything!
It was a house of my dream...house of stone, big balcony with a sew view, great backyard with really nice trees and lights around the house, very romantic. Mrs. Juliet became our friend, great person who birghtens up the whole room, who takes care of everyone around her.
Thank you for all of your service and everything you did for us, you're great at your profession! We'll definitely come again! 💋💖

A lovely quiet place to relax and take in the beauty of the surrounding nature and the exceptional garden on the premises. Walking in the area was more then fulfilling with lots of changes in the scenery.
The beds were super comfy and in general the place was cosy and homey. We will definitely be coming back to stay longer now that we have found this place.

incredible view, the house is on top of the mountains, 10 minutes car ride to Avlemonas. Very beautiful property and the hosts are just super nice and very helpful. The beach is a 8 minutes car ride. If you have the choice ask for an upper appartment, they are spacier and have beautiful terrasses although the ones below may be cooler in july and August. We didn't cook and had diner mostly in restaurants in Avlemonas.
Don't drink the water from the tab, apparently not good enough. Gregoria provides water bottles.

everything. the property is a little farm in the making. the buildings are beautiful. the owners are warm, lovely humans, and so very hospitable. the separate cottages were spacious and well outfitted and the beds were so comfortable. the property was so quiet and serene, and being able to pick lemons and herbs from the garden to add to my home-cooked meals. perfection. thank you!!

The villas are magical and the gardens and surroundings are beautiful. The view of the ocean is so peaceful. We had the most wonderful time. Very nice hostess!

A truly lovely place to get away, relax and enjoy life. Amazing beaches near by. Incredible views. Nice and polite staff, very helpful. We will be coming back.

AMAZING ! The best stay we had in Greece by far ! Grigoria took care of us so kindly and she's such a beautiful person ! The location is perfect with a beautiful garden and wonderful villa. We feel like at home in this little heaven. Can't imagine better place to discoverbthis wonderful island. Thanks again Grigoria see you soon !

This was without a doubt one of my favorite stays we’ve ever had! The property is absolutely gorgeous including the units, communal areas and garden. It is truly SO BEAUTIFUL here. The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, they made us feel so welcome and we cannot thank them enough for making our visit perfect. They provided a ton of local tips and excellent service. Stay here - you won’t regret it. They are also pet friendly with no extra fees :)

Villas has a prefect location to be a base for traveling around island. Gregoria is perfect host. She prepared a lot of tips for us where to swim, eat and what to see on the island. I would definitely come back to this place.
Not huge dislike but one airco seems to be too small to cool down properly the whole house.

The setting is gorgeous, the view amazing, the garden is absolutely beautiful, the room was more than comfortable and cosy and kept so clean by the always smiling Guillietta .
Gregoria’s calm presence radiated the loving care for her guests and her property.
Unforgettable experience and memories to cherish!

Everything ! Great location and much more than we every expected for what we paid for a four night stay on Kythera, the host is lovely and the property is delightful. you need a car, but that said there is the best taverna a 2 min drive away and kaladi beach in our opinion the best beach a 5 min drive away, with ferry port only being 10- 15 mins away, Avlemonas is very close which is lovely, Kythera is very unspoilt, we would love to return and would definitely see if this place is available

Perfect Location. Probably the best accommodation in the island. Palaiopoli village is dreamy. An unforgettable experience,’ more than perfect! We will never forget this place. Grigoria and Mr Christoforos that own the place were incredible, hospitable and unique. 10/10
