The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating. You can tell they run their family business with passion and care. Breakfast was really nice, and although it's nothing 'fancy' - the room, and the hotel in general, met all of our needs. Absolutely recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, right on the main road that connects Finale Ligure marina with Finalborgo, which makes access to biking infrastructure, bars and restaurants very easy. There are a number of shops in close walking distance and a small bike shop is literally just across the street. The room itself was functional and a good size and it had everything I needed for a couple of days of mountain biking in the Finale region. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also offers several breakfast options, as well as secure bike storage. Free on-street parking is available right across the street on a local parking lot.

Not much to dislike about the hotel. If anything, the isolation between the rooms is not fantastic so you can hear quite a bit of noise coming from the other rooms, but that's about it. Of course, this is also not a beach front property, so if that's what you are looking for this hotel is not for you.

Good breakfast was well handled even during strict Covid-regulations. Special thanks for delicious scrambled eggs. Also the breakfast serving was nicely fast. Location was great for MTB purposes especially - both centers are close by, plenty of bike rentals around, close to shuttles but still in peaceful location. Every staff member were very friendly and helpful.

Sound isolation of rooms would urgently need serious attention. For a light-sleeper the night ends basically when first persons wake-up at the hotel. Additional attention would also be helpful with ventilation so that stale air in small room would be kept more fresh and less humid. Especially i disliked the badly defined and forced energy saving functions such as that the room temperature was not possible to be adjusted below 24 degrees at AC or that the AC stops (turns off) by itself after x amount of hours during the night.

Hotel staff was very polite and extremely friendly. The food was good and the price was very fair. There are free parkings just across the street and it was easy to find the place for my car. This is a big advantage in Liguria especially during the summer period. The room I stayed was old but quite clean. The photos published in booking.com were quite precise so you know already what to expect. The price of the room was fair too. If you don't have high expectations from the hotel and you just need a room to spend couple of days in Finale Ligure, this is a good choice. I would return there.

Just a few parking spaces

For biking this place is great for a couple of nights. There is a bike wash and a bike storage room with some tools. The staff are fab and super friendly but the beds are not terribly comfortable.
