The cleanliness was phenomenal! And all the little details made the stay incredibly pleasant! There was even pods for the dishwasher and washer with dryer sheets available to use. The city water tester came to test the hot tub while we were in it and said how this hot tub was always up to date and the water tests clean.

We had a great stay at this property. Close to town. Check in was really easy and communication with host was good. Loved the bike storage. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Perfect space and location for a week away.

We stayed twice. Couple days one week and then 3 more days the next week. Clean and very well located. Kitchen was great. We plan on staying here again next time we come back.

A great stay in Moab
This property was perfect in every way- right down town but off the traffic flow. Very close to Arches and accessible to Canyon Lands. Immaculately clean and everything provided. Nice to be able to cook in some nights and do laundry before we left. Can walk to places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful & close to town!!
Very beautiful VRBO rental! They have thought of every detail! Walking distance to the main drag! Outside area is so cute and well kept!
The only downfall is there is no insulation so you do hear everything from every other unit! Bring a travel noise maker! Other than that, it was perfect! Would definitely rent again!

Great location, but noisy
The place was perfect in every way except it was terribly noisy. We could hear the road noise (it’s on a busy street) until 11:00 at night. The fan in the bedroom made weird clicking sounds so had to be shut off in order to sleep. And although most of the nearby renters were respectful of noise, one renter had a very loud party with loud music playing until 3am, way past normal hours. When I contacted the property manager, they never returned my call.

Great stay!
This was a great location and right in the middle of downtown. The property was clean, just as pictured, and outside area was great to have. At first I was hesitant because one person I talked to was not willing to make accommodations on reservations due to the pandemic. Thankfully there was a woman who was more than accommodating which allowed us to be able to enjoy the property. Because of her willingness to work with us I’m more than happy to recommend this place to future travelers.

Love this property
My husband and I stayed at this property 2 years ago. We liked it so much, we were happy there was a unit available for our return to Moab. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and a relaxing backyard space! Short walking distance to restaurants!! If we ever return to Moab again, this will be where we stay!

Great property great location
We stayed here for two nights on a road trip through Utah. We loved this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location a block from the main strip. We had the best night sleep we’d had on the trip in the bed. Super comfortable. Plenty of room for a small family. Will definitely come back!

Love Moab
So our checking in process was a mess! I never received any check in information or an address. Thought my map ap would take us to the place.. wrong . 3 phone calls and 1 1/2 hrs later, we were in.Then was great!

Our Moab Stay
Moab was the last stop on our 3 national park trip through Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Arches NP. The condo was everything we needed to come back to after a day of hiking through the Nat'l Park. Very comfy bed, Restaurants within walking distance, and quaint neighborhood charm. Loved the outdoor space, wish we could of stayed longer and enjoyed it to the max. Our only complaint was a musty odor each time we came in. Opened windows/back door and it aired out nicely. The weather was cool at night and very pleasant. Those ATVs up and down the street are quite noisy, but didnt bother us too much. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, grocery and liquor store a few blocks away was very convenient. Loved the sound system, and ease to set up. Would definitely recommend this place.

Felt very livable. Pots, pans, cutting board, etc. detergent and washer/dryer. Would be a great place for a long term stay. Place was very clean and well stocked with cooking and cleaning tools.

Great condo
This was our second trip to Moab Flats East. We returned for a long stay because the unit met our every need. This is a great location and condo. Only complaint - the unit needs more light in kitchen. That could be a Floor lamp in corner or small lamp on kitchen counter. When we stay for 8 nights we will cook. We strapped a small camping light to spoon for meal prep. Safer than candles. None the less a great experience. Thank you.

Modern, comfortable and close
My partner and I came to Moab to check out the mountain bike trails.
These units were fantastic - great location; super clean; very equipped kitchen/bathroom/laundry.
The common spaces (secure bike garage, outdoor tables, BBQ and hot tub) out the back we're fantastic also.
We'd highly recommend staying here!

Great place
The unit was very clean and well equipped. Cool modern style. Great hot tube, fire pit, and bike service area. Excellent location 1 block off the center of Moab. Will rent again.

Super clean and neat, conveniently located flat
This was our first stay at Moab Flats and we will definitely return when riding in Moab again. The unit was extremely clean and new. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of towels were provided for our small part of two. The kitchen was well appointed though a few more extras such as foil and saran wrap would have been nice. We had one very minor service/repair issue that was addressed very quickly and efficiently. The shared outdoor space was similarly clean and modern. Bike storage was key, and there was always plenty of parking. I highly recommend this location for a trip to Moab.

Classy and Clean
Overall the condo was great. 1 block off Main Street. Very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed! The only issue is the walls/floors in the building seem to be a bit thin.....we could hear the conversations of the people below us and beside us!

Great home base in downtown Moab
The Moab Flats were perfect inside and out. The one bedroom unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The outdoor space with hot tub and gas fire pit was a nice area to rehash the day’s adventure. Proximity to Main Street made it easy to walk for dinner, while being a block off Main kept things quiet.
Highly recommend Moab Flats.

Very comfortable and offered all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Perfect location to walk to town or access many activities Moab has to offer. Booking, check in and check out was simple. We will return.

Nice. Compact. Modern. Induso
Great location in the center of town. It is nicely decorated with very unique pictures and artwork. A high-quality Bluetooth speaker is present for use. It has a king size bed and two very small twin beds which are probably best for small children. Overall enjoyed the decor, clueless, and style of the place

Perfect Location
Our family loved this place. It is one block off the Main Street of Moab so a short walk to everything. Apartment was nicely furnished and we loved having the Bluetooth speaker to hook up to in the mornings. Bed was comfortable in the master and we appreciated the USB chargers on either side of the bed. The hot tub was also nice after a long day of hiking. We would definitely recommend staying here. My only suggestion would be to have a fan for the family room. It was over 100 degrees while we were there and a little more air flow would have been nice.

Perfect location, very comfortable, easy parking, and all the amenities you will need.
First time visiting Moab, UT, and the Arches and Canyonland national parks. Prices for the loft was very competitive with other one bedroom hotels like Homewood Suites. This loft had the advantage of:
- very clean, bright, organized, updated, well decorated with quality materials to make it feel like a home
- one block away from main street and minimal traffic with plenty of parking.
- Excellent location downtown and walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping, parks, historical landmarks, offroad vehicle and bike rentals, and 4X4, bike, balloon, airplane, or river adventure offices
- very quiet during the day and at night
- a lot of room with full size living area, good size kitchen with washer and dryer, private bedroom, and shared enclosed outdoor rear common space with sitting area, BBQ grill, bike stand, bike rack, and fire pit.
- Central heating and cooling
- cable channels and two HD TVs and the apartment had secured internet
- Private uncovered parking space feet away from front entrance. Parking across the street if you have a longer vehicle with or without a trailer.
- kitchen with everything you need to cook or to reheat something up.
We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our 5 day stay in the 2nd floor apartment. The stairs where minimal because ½ of the 1st floor apartments were underground (more like 1 ½ story tall 2nd floor). The apartment only sleeps 4; you will need an air mattress if you need to sleep on anything larger than the twin size beds in the living room area near front door. Plenty of space in living area to sit 4 for comfortable viewing of the HD TV or if you need to store MTB if the weather is too bad outside.
Perfect getaway for 1-2 couples or a small family of 3-4. This would still be our first choice each and every time when we make another trip back to Moab.

Wonderful surprise!
I stayed at this great little place while in Moab for my son's wedding recently. From the time I opened the front door to the time I left, it was a delightful stay! Could use a little more soundproofing but was otherwise the perfect place. One block off of Main Street, I was able to walk to restaurants, spa, shopping with ease and the sounds of Main Street traffic dissipated to minimal by the time I was back to the condo. I did like being on the top floor with all of the trees surrounding the unit, parking was great with the shade as well. Will definitely go back!

Layout and furnishings are new and up to date. New windows made for a quiet sleep. Close to downtown and restaurants. Perfect.
