Lots of amazing facilities, beautiful beach

It is very close to the beach, and the facilities in the resort are very convenient to use.

The occasional parrot is intimidating, but it hasn't been a major problem.

- We were staying in a plantation cottage and it looked like recently renovated place. - It was close to one of the pool and the cafe. - This resort is very close to the city shops (Coles, Woolworth, Aldi) and fast foods which is very convenient. - It also had 2 TV sets which is nice. - The resort has good facilities for kids to play. 2 Big jumping pillows. Playground. Carting. Water park for small kids - Good high speed wireless internet

- While it is a 2 bedroom cottage, it is not spacious and the bunker bedroom is very small. - The main TV comes with Netflix which is really nice but unfortunately our Netflix was not working due to a network connection issue and despite raising it with the office and their promise, nobody really showed up to fix the issue - The aircon was weak and the fan in the main bedroom even on the fastest setting seemed to be circulating very slowly and was not making any difference and as the aircon was at the farthest distant to the main bedroom, the room was very hot at night. We had to keep the window open the whole night to let the cooler air come in but the disadvantage was the outside noise and light were also coming in as well. - There were tiny cockroaches in the main bedroom which was not great - The shower head (which was attached to the bathroom wall) was coming off the wall easily and as if it was not connected at all. - 2 days out of our 4 night stay, the main swimming pool was closed in the morning. The pool water was dirty. Especially the pool in the center of the resort and the water was extremely smelly in the spa area We had visited this place before covid and the quality of the service and facilities was higher. It looked like due to the high demand now, the quality of the service was degraded and there is not enough attention to the details.

Great family friendly facilities

Far too crowded overall. Also, each property is too close to the ones next door. You can only bring in one car per booking and outside the property, there is almost nowhere to park. In terms of the practicality of the volume of people and cars during peak times, there has been very little for thought or planning. For this reason I don’t want to visit this caravan park again.

care and pool are the main reasons we come back

we had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in. I’d assume in customer service that you’d, without asking, offer some sort of situation to rectify the problem. after two days and me asking they offered a solution.

Location, the glamtrailer, facilities, reception staff, grounds and mantenance staff.

Lack of signage on what time pool closed, other peoples cherubs splashing and diving in the spa. Kiosk staff should not be in customer facing roles if they don't want to be there.
