住了兩晚沒有要求打掃房間，但房務人員仍然將乾淨的毛巾和水放在門口
訂的是三人房，單人的小床不是平的是斜的睡起來不舒服

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación ya que se encuentra en el centro de Busán a escasos minutos andando de la parada de metro de Seomyeon y justo enfrente del centro comercial Lotte.
Las habitaciones y baños cuentan con un tamaño estándar con una decoración correcta, todo muy limpio y en general bastante acogedor.
El desayuno es de estilo oriental aunque bastante completo.
El personal es muy amable y educado.

L’emplacement est top au carrefour de la ligne 1 et 2 du métro Seomyeon.
L’intérieur des chambre fait un peu vieillot la moquette par terre avait des grosses taches sont une collante. Pas envie d’y marcher pied nu.

La chambre était propre et disposait de toutes les facilités attendues. L'hôtel est très bien situé à Busan, près d'un quartier animé et de 2 lignes de métro.

房間乾淨，沒有菸味也沒有異味，空間也足夠，兩個26吋行李箱全開沒問題。
地點好，周遭熱鬧地鐵站，離機場也不遠。
隔音還有加強空間，有時會聽到很大聲碰撞或敲打聲。
煮水壺不太乾淨。
向晚班櫃台先生詢問事情時有點不耐煩，不曉得是不是上班太累了？

Our stay was good, nothing to complain about. We loved the location - lots of stores and restaurants around.

Pretty good for the price I paid.
Sometimes the sheets weren't changed even though I requested it. Also one night the towels weren't exchanged and was missing one.

1. Staffs are nice.
2. Location is ok, about 7 minutes walk from metro station.
3. No smoking smell at all, and actually the smell in the hotel made us feel good.
4. Breakfast is great and they'll change some dishes every day (we stayed for 4 nights).
5. It's very quiet, sound insulation is good. Didn't remember hearing noise outside from the corridor.
1. Bathtub gets clogged easily, but things are acceptable if we picked up the hair(still a little bit clogged).
2. The air conditioner is not well controlled, and a little bit noisy even though we've turned down the fan to only 1.

Breakfast was really good and varied. The staff was really kind. The day I had to leave was really rainy and I was really wet, I asked them if I can change there even if I hadn't the room no more and they let me enter a room to change my clothes.

Nice hotel with great location, helpful and kind staff
Problems with taxi service. Staff couldn’t manage you taxi driver on specific hour and if you want one in 4 a.m.( in rush hour) it’s impossible. It was stressful for us to walk on the streets and find one and be on time in Busan station.

The hotel location is perfect. There are many choices for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was clean and reception is so friendly.
The breakfast in 2nd floor has not many choice. I think you can spend less money and get better breakfast at the 1st floor cafe shop or other breakfast shop near by hotel.

Close to subway, lots of restaurants close by. Very clean and comfortable. staff very helpful and the rooms have opening windows and the staff open up all the windows and doors in unused rooms everyday. Its nice to be in a hotel with fresh air

Property is old but clean, but not enough clean bcz I saw some hairs in my bed and room and bathroom too.
and I know it may not be the case every time, but I'd saying my experience that the next morning A spider came out of the room and crawled around on my bag.. was scared to me.

The location is conveniently near restaurants,stores and a major subway station. The room was clean and comfortable and all of the staff was incredibly kind.
The walls were a little bit thin. This wasn’t a major problem, but in the morning as people are waking up and leaving the sound of conversations, and doors could be slightly disturbing to those who want to rest later.

Nothing was bad really. A lobby bar would be good, we like to have a pre dinner drink and plan our adventures for the next day.
