Absolutely fantastic vacation!
If you have a small family, this is the perfect location for you! We are a family of four and there was plenty of room for us. The apartment was immaculate when we got there and has everything you need for your trip.
Guilherme and Luis were there to greet us when we arrived. They were able to accommodate our late arrival without question. Very easy to get in touch with Guilherme for any questions we had. Worth the extra money to pay for a parking space if you have a car.
It was very easy to find- the location is right near everything! The beach is a five minute walk. Restaurants and shops of all kinds everywhere. A small grocery store is right down the block. The kids attractions were also close by and no more than a 20 minute drive.
We will absolutely be back when we decide to vacation in Albufeira in the future!

Modern amenities and plenty of space! Great location just off the old town square which gives you great access to everything while avoiding the nighttime party noise. Very close to the bus station and grocery store as well. Just an all around solid setup and location. Roof top pool with an amazing view of Albufeira is a huge bonus!
Guilherme and Louis are great hosts and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be in touch for our next Albufeira adventure!

The condo is very clean and it is a perfect size for two. The location in Old Town made it very convenient to the beaches and made it easy to get around without a vehicle. The hosts were easy to reach and eager to assist us when needed. Thank you for for a great stay!

You can't beat the location of this lovely, modern and spotlessly clean apartment. It's convenient to everything and a people watchers dream from the first floor balcony.
We cannot say enough about the hosts, Guilherme and Luis, they were amazing. From picking us up at Faro Airport to allowing us to have a late check-out, we couldn't have asked for any more. We highly recommend and would definitely return there again.

Can be hilly but this location is excellent. Hosts were diamonds from booking to pick up and airport drop off. Can't thank them enough.

This beautiful appartment is excellent located close to the hart of Albufeira with all it's pubs and restaurants. And if you wan't to explore the Algarve by car, it is possible to have your own parkingspace in a very nearby parking garage. You're of to the main roads in no time.
Only thing we missed in the appartment was a pair of scissors and a washing-up brush. But these are minor things that were easily to work around. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would really recommend this appartment for a nice stay.

We had great week in Albufeira staying in Guilherme and his brothers apartment.
The apartment was so central to everything ,2 minutes walk to the main square and had a rooftop pool with fantastic views off old the old town.
The apartment itself was well equipped with everything you need and a good size balcony looking unto the street below. It's was very clean comfortable apartment and the hosts were so friendly and professional. Guilherme picked us up at the airport and left us back in great time.

Perfect in location also, a very short walk to everything the old town has to offer, restaurants, bars clubs and night life and if you want a quieter time, everything is adjacent to the apartment.

This was a great experience from start to finish.
We were picked up at the airport and dropped off at the apartment.The brothers explained everything about the apartment before they left.
The apartment building was very secure and the balcony had the sun for most of the day.Would recommend this property for a great vacation in the old town.Location was perfect.

Stayed for a week with my husband. We have just got back today. The apartment was in an amazing location right in the old town about one minute walk from the square in the centre. The owners are wonderful. So helpful, kind and friendly. Communication with them is easy and responsive. The apartment is perfect. Has everything you need, includes 2 bathrooms with showers, sinks and toilets. Well fitted out kitchen with all the appliances you could need from microwave, hob/oven, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedroom has comfortable large bed, fitted wardrobe and draws. There is an area in the living room that has a sofa bed and a curtain that can be pulled around to section it off if needed. Really nice furniture in the living room and a large TV.
Sliding doors to a seated balcony area overlooking the street outside which is pathed so no passing traffic.
Hairdryer, iron and ironing board also available. We would recommend you take a dishcloth, some washing powder or tablets if you want to use washing machine, couple of dishwasher tables and/or washing up liquid. Of course all of these are cheap to buy from nearby shops. Highly recommend booking this apartment.

From the moment we booked this apartment we knew it was a winner. Our host communicated with us, answered our questions and made suggestions. The apartment was in a quiet location, just minutes from the fabulous beach. We had numerous shops and restaurants to choose from too.

Such a fabulous apartment, all mod cons and right in the heart of Albuferia old town. Despite this, the music from the restaurants cannot be heard once you are in the bedroom, or you can just close the electric window shutters which also does the job.
Guilherme was on hand from the start and kept in contact with me before we got there and provided helpful knowledge about the area.
I fully recommend this apartment as it is just perfect .. you won’t be disappointed.

A 5 Star stay Excellent Accommodation
We spent a week in this beautiful apartment from 29/5 to 5/06 and can honestly say from collection at the airport by hosts till drop off we had a fantastic time, this apartment is first class, every thing one could ask for and more, complemtery bottle of wine, treats and milk and a bottle of water. The security including a safe in bedroom is first class, very convenient to all local restaurants and bars but also very quiet. Thank you Robert & Yvonne

Good location for restaurants and shopping.
The apartment was very clean, new and well organized. If you like being in the middle of the action, this is the spot for you. Lots of restaurants, shopping, music and people watching. The barking dogs were a bit of an issue, which the property owner tried hard to reconcile. The view from the pool is wonderful.

Super Apartment in Fab Location
This apartment is really modern and is larger than the website photos portray. It has all the appliances you could ever need and has excellent air con in both the living room and bedroom. It is also perfectly located for the old town which is what we wanted.
The owners, the two brothers picked us up from the airport and are a really friendly pair. You can tell they want you to enjoy your stay with them.
Will not look anywhere else when coming back to Albufiera. Couldn't fault it.

One month in Old Town Albufeira
We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Albufeira, and particularly our apartment which overlooks a quiet little piazza.. The apartment is exactly as portrayed on the site and our hosts could not have been more accommodating.

Thanks to all those who posted reviews on this apartment as it was a big influence in this important decision as to where we would stay for such an extended holiday. We travelled to all the cities in the Algarve and loved the atmosphere of being in Old Town Albufeira. Particularly nice was sitting on the balcony and listening to live music each evening two doors down from Planet Central. We prefer to cook most of our meals and we had easy access to evening we needed and the kitchen was equipped adequately. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was a treat. Our hosts came in half way through our stay and changed all the linens and towels which was lovely. Car parking for 100 euros was a great deal and allowed us to stay in an area without any car traffic just 100 meters away from where we parked. Restaurants galore and would recommend Cabana Fresca and Casanova and there are two really good Indian restaurants. Will see you again Guilherme - many thanks

Perfect Location, Perfect apartment, Perfect Hosts! 3/3.....Perfect!
From the moment Guilherme and Luis met us and we made our way back to our apartment through beautiful cobblestone streets and Old Town Square with introductions along the way, we knew it was going to be an awesome holiday. Guilherme and Luis left us some treats which made us feel very welcome.
Our apartment was spotless. It was modern and so easy to maintain and fully equipped. Our balcony overlooking the quaint street was very enjoyable. We love people watching....
Tons of restaurants and bars accessible within seconds of our walking out the door. It took a bit to get used to the Restaurant/Bar greeters trying to get us to go into their businesses but soon got used to it and everyone friendly regardless of supporting or not supporting their businesses. We were lucky enough to be there for 5 weeks so tried many establishments. Some favorites, some not.
We only had one problem and that was a barking dog next door but once I contacted Guilherme he spoke to the manager of the building and it was resolved to our satisfaction right away.
Our visit flew by and soon Guilherme was driving us to the airport. We were sad to leave Old Town Albufeira but would love to go back one day and definitely stay in one of Guilherme and Luis's properties. Totally recommend to anyone considering a visit to this wonderful place.

Lovely apartment in the perfect location!
Great value. This is a lovely apartment, equipped with everything that we needed and beautifully presented. It is 5 minutes walk from the square but not close enough for us to be disturbed by revellers!

Extremely well presented and clean. All facilities you would need for S/C and in a great location
We had a lovely stay in the first 2 weeks of Dec 17. We were collected from airport by the brothers who helped us into the apt with our luggage and showed us how to use everything. There was plenty there so could just take a small bag as washing machine and iron available. Also decent hairdryer which is often a rarity! We bought the basics (washing up liquid, loo rolls etc...) but dish cloths provided so you don't need to take much if you are looking to self cater. It is often cheaper to eat out anyway. Spar supermarket at top of road is quite expensive for a big shop but there is Lidl and Aldi 20 min walk away. supermarkets Continental inside the Albufeira shopping centre (past Brisa Sol hotel...5 minutes if you get a day pass on the toy train at top of escalator and you want to have a look around or go to the Strip) Ticket Shop above Spar offers good days out across the Algarve. We have done most over the years and recommend Historical Algarve for culture and Jeep Safari for the fun factor (not dangerous..it's a huge monster truck!). Tour guide Johnny "be good" is a cracking guy if you are lucky enough to get him.
Back to the apartment, we had a problem with the iron and the brothers came within 5 mins & delivered a new one within the couple of hours. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always at hand if you need help with anything which is reassuring if you are new to travel or staying on your own. They also left lovely presents of Portguese sweets and some fizz. Definitely would stay in one of their apartments again and have already recommended to my brother's family. They have a young son but key pad door and blinds are so secure. There is a pool on the roof which was shut for winter but would have been brilliant to use in the summer.
I would recommend this apartment for a short or longer break. It is very well priced for its standard and location ( we do research a lot and stay in Portugal apts fairly frequently so this comment is based on own experience). Countless restaurants and bars. Can recommend Craig singing in Sir Harry's bar in the square Tue and Thu. The Geordie bar up hill from the Taj indian also off the square run by delightful Carlos and family and lovely, friendly little place with lots of ex pats. Not lairy and football shown. Restaurants too several to mention but some with sea views near Sol e Mar hotel by the tunnel. Urban Pizza by taxi rank great for take away (apartment has dvd player)!

Excellent refurb done on this property and ideal location in the Old Town
We had a very relaxing week in Albufeira and enjoyed some excellent food and much needed sunshine. On arrival at Faro Airport the 2 Brothers were waiting for us, as agreed, and took care of getting us to the apartment with minimal fuss. They are both lovely guys and made us feel at home from the minute we met them. The apartment is exactly as appears in the images on Home Away, and although is in an older apartment block in the Old Town, and has been refurbished to an excellent standard. The keypad door entry is programmed to the code of your choice before you are left to your own devices to negate the need for a key to get into the property. Inside the flat has all the amenities you'd need from a holiday apartment including a filter coffee machine, cable TV, DVD and stereo. There is a swimming pool on the 10th floor of the apartment block, which is accessible by lift. Not only can you have a swim there but there's an outstanding view of Albufeira from up there.
The only minor negatives are that some more towels might have been a good idea as 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels are provided. But you could always wash them I suppose. And the pillows were a bit on the hard side. Apart from hand soap in the bathroom you'll need to buy anything else you need in the apartment but there is a Lidl and Aldi 10 mins walk away. The location is excellent, less than 5 mins walk from the Old Town main square and this is a great base for exploring the town and surrounding areas. We did not bother hiring a car and could walk to most places we chose to visit. The balcony in the apartment was a good spot to sit and watch the world go past, with a nice glass of Portuguese wine. In the evening it can be noisy as the surrounding restaurants usually have entertainment. But if sleep is required simply close the apartment shutters and you won't hear much at all from the bedroom.
All in all we'd definitely recommend a stay at the Two Brothers' apartment, due to the price and ease of arranging your airport transfers with them. They were always very quick to respond to any queries we had.
