Beautiful location directly at the beach. Great new TV equipment/Wifi and Gas Grill.
If bushes were cut there could be a 180 degree Gulf view. Would highly recommend as used to be the case years back. We loved to watch dolphins in the morning swimming by.

Here’s the review I wish I would’ve seen to make an informed decision about booking. Hope this helps somebody else. The house was clean. Everything was in working order. It’s right on the beach but it is DIRECTLY beside a public access. The driveway is the beach access. The beach was crowded. People parked in and blocked the driveway and filled our garbage cans so we couldn’t put our garbage in there. There is no washer/dryer and they provided 4 washcloths and probably 10 towels for our family of 4 for a week. I asked if we could get more or a refresh but was told they only provide what was there for check in. If you are staying here you might want to bring towels and washcloths. If I had known it was at a public access I would not have booked this property but that’s my opinion and part of what I look for in a vacation rental. The house itself was good and couldn’t be closer to the beach.

Location is absolutely perfect, other than sharing the public beach access, but there is limited parking so no big issue at all.
View the most beautiful sunsets every night, right off the deck.
Publix and a few restaurants and ice cream is right around the corner.
Very clean, easy access, easy booking, I highly recommend it, it was the absolute perfect honeymoon.

This place isn't the ritz by any means, but its perfect for a beach vacation. Every day we drug our beach tent onto the beach and then at the end of the day we just dragged it back to the porch! What you're paying for here is the location and it's worth it. Also, the size was comfortable for our group of five.

Home needs TLC and a deep cleaning. The location, however is second to none. We loved being able to step out the door directly on the beach. The sunsets are spectacular. It was never a problem being right next to a public beach access. Trolley access is very close and a convenient way to see the rest of the island.

The location on Ana Maria Island and proximity to the beach and water are outstanding. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that Vrbo passed me onto a giant international rental property management corporation, who I would never recommend based on this experience. They are nearly impossible to communicate with and have not taken good care of this property, which exhibits, rot, mold, and extensive wear and tear. I certainly won’t use that company in the future, and I will be less inclined to use Vrbo. I have had very good luck with another vacation rental booking platform and working directly with property owners because they take pride in said property. I hope that in the future VRBO will be more transparent with who they are representing on their platform.

Fabulous beach cottage!!
Just steps from the ocean, deck right on the sand. House very well furnished and equipped with all you could need. Can’t beat the sunsets on your own patio each night! Vacasa responded same day to our maintenance call. Very pleased… they even came out on a holiday! Would definitely rent again! Thanks for a wonderful 20th anniversary vacation!

The house is small with some structural issues, needs a washer/dryer and a covered porch, is a bit overpriced for the size, BUT it is ON THE BEACH! Not “steps to.” On the beach! It was spotless, had a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice decor, very quiet, close to shopping, and did I mention that it was ON THE BEACH? We had a great time!

This is our second year at SeaLaVie. The deck with its amazing view is worth it all. The berms on either side of the deck provides just enough privacy to separate you from the many visitors on the beach.

Great getaway
We planned our trip 5 days before we checked in. I was worried about it being available last minute, but was pleasantly surprised. There was only 2 of us and it was plenty of room for us. If you had 2 children it would be great too but I wouldn’t suggest more adults since there’s only one bathroom. The cottage was very clean and was supplied with plenty of towels. We will definitely be back.

Nice location
This is the second year renting this cottage. It is in a great location. Despite the fact that it is not updated much the location is pretty good abs compensates.
The price per night continues going up despite the fact that no updating to the property is done which is a shame.
The beach is very nice and the house is right next door to the public beach access which gives you a bit of traffic and parking difficulties, but having two parking spots is great.

Can’t Beat the View
This was our 3rd year staying at Sea La Vie. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The house is always clean and comfortable. Literally a step to the beach! The company is very responsive. The AC quit working and a representative was out quickly to fix the problem. We missed the washer and dryer this year that became unavailable after booking. Certainly hope it’s back for next year! Overall, it was a great trip at Sea La Vie!

Amazing location!
We couldn't have asked for a better location, literally steps from the beach! Close enough to the beach, we felt secure relaxing on the deck while the kids played on the beach. Only drawback was no washer and dryer available, which I was not aware of ahead of time. Total bummer having to take time from vacation to go to the laundromat!

The house is right on the beach!! We had a very relaxed time, didn’t go to restaurants or bars to avoid spring breakers crowd, but the house was very well equipped to make meals that we enjoyed right on the patio facing the ocean!

Let me start by saying that the location of this property is perfect. You are ON the beach, and it’s a beautiful beach. You can walk for miles in either direction. The location made it worth saying here and if the listing was accurate I would rate this home 5 stars. However many of the amenities that are listed are not actually there and communication with the property manager is non existent. There is NO washer or dryer on site. It is suppose to be shared with the property behind it but that property is condemned due to black mold and everything is tore out. There is NO DVD player or stereo. And any communication with the property manager never happen. The actual local manager never got back to us in the entire week we were there! Other people from Vacasa eventually contacted me and settled any issues we had. That being said I would not stay on a Vacasa property again. Again this house has perfect location, it was clean, and functionality wise it was fine for our family of 5. There are no pantry items as listed so make sure you bring or buy anything you need to cook. Only 1 roll of paper towel and 1 roll of toilet paper for a whole week.......so yea bring supplies. Great location, decent house, terrible management.

Best Location
The location of this property is everything! If you want to sit on your patio and enjoy the beach right at your toes---this is the place.
Check in was simple, however, emails sent to the property manager are not answered promptly or sometimes not at all
I most definitely would stay at this property again. I would suggest that the MBR ceiling light and fan be repaired as neither worked. Some of the windows could not be opened as well.
The property is a 2 block walk to the trolley which will take you north and south on the island. That walk is certainly longer that the one from the patio to the beach!
