Corner Cottage est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et à 15 minutes du centre du village (restaurants, commerces), juste à côté du parking de délestage du village. Isolé et protégé par d'autres cottages, il n'y a aucun bruit ni nuisance venant de la route ou du village. Tout simplement calme comme on peut l'espérer pour un logement de vacances. Parking privé et gratuit. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les 2 livres touristiques sur le Pembrokeshire disponibles dans le cottage, particulièrement celui dédié aux randonnées.

Il y avait un problème avec les toilettes, ça peut arriver et ce n'était pas grave en soi. Sykes Cottages nous en avait prévenu le jour de notre arrivée mais impossible de les recontacter ... pas de réponse aux 3 appels téléphoniques successifs le jour de notre arrivée !? Heureusement, nous avions reçu le n° tel du propriétaire avec lequel nous avons bien plus facilement pu converser et arranger l'intervention d'un plombier. Sykes Cottages ne nous a pas convaincu quant à leur valeur ajoutée dans l'intermédiation d'un problème pratique survenant pendant le séjour.

We had a great stay at Corner Cottage. The proximity to the beach is amazing, we went swimming every day and could easily walk back and forth to the sea. It is very easy to reach the shops and eateries of Broad Haven. Broad Haven has the most wonderful beach, sandy with slate rock faces on either side - fantastic for swimming, body boarding, surfing and clambering over rocks. Corner Cottage is very cosy and comfortable. It is well stocked of useful household items. The kids particularly loved the different card games on offer :-) Good view of the sea from the main room.

Whilst the cottage was tidy, it was not as clean as we would have expected (dirt and sand around and under radiators and sofa, water in fridge tank and kettle from previous guests).

bed was a bit soft and left me with back ache each day. artificial grass in such a natural spot goes against the grain. we had no contact details nor any response from the letting people.

Amazing location with a beautiful sea view and plenty of lovely walks nearby. Especially appreciated being able to walk from the property and having the shop nearby. The cottage itself was comfortable and well equipped and had everything we needed.

No negatives that I can think of. Would happily book again.

We have stayed in different Millmoor cottages over the years, so can make a good comparison. Corner Cottage was well appointed, very clean and well thought out. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen and towels were of good quality. The internet didn’t work for the first few hours ( the owner was very helpful when contacted) so we had to go to the pub to use their internet, darn it! 😁 Overall a lovely, quiet, little bolt hole with good countryside and beach walks on the doorstep. Burgers to die for at Sand & Stone, The Galleon a great dog friendly pub.

The bathroom decor and fittings were very dated and could do with modernising, but they were perfectly useable and the shower pressure was great.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Very quiet and relaxing

The cottage was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Instructions were available and clear for all amenities, including procedures for Covid-19. Location was fantastic, right by the sea, with easy parking.

There were no negative points of note.
