Breakfast was poor with no utensils to eat cereal with. Kitchen poorly equipped.

For 100 dollars per night I felt it was quite expensive Tv in quest lounge not working. Lots of noise from window below room 6 probably from restaurant below with fans blowing.

We did not bother with breakfast. We just wanted to leave.

Cramped. Building in bad repair.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kitchen was OK.

I did not have high expectations due to the nature of the property but in this instance it served its purpose. Stayed in a backpackers in Wanaka for the same price and the facilities were much newer and better experience all round.

I liked that it was in walking distance to shops. room was big and bed was comfy feels private to wich is nice

really cold in the room. we arrived late and had to go out for a few hours and come back once room was warm had heater on 24/7 the whole two days we stayed. the heater wasn’t very good. didn’t put out a lot of heat and took ages to warm up room might need to clean off the mold in ceiling in bathroom. but that might just be because I’m fussy as I used to work for a fancy holiday park. Thankyou for having us.

Very old rooms and facilities.

Did not use breakfast option as out early each morning.

Sink with hot water in the room. Electric blanket and heater plus spare pillow and blanket. Good hot roomy showers. Clean linen and soap supplied. Clean bathroom and toilet. Separate entrance to hotel side

Carpet was just DISGUSTING with toe nail clippings, leaf litter near sink; brown stain near door (old dog mess? - I was going to upload the photo but who needs to see that). This is the only place ever that I would not put my bare feet down onto the carpet and I used a towel next to the bed. Room 5 window gets the compressor noise kicking in every 20 mins. Bed very soft but ok. Kitchen - no dinner plates, but lots of side plates; 5 forks; 3 mugs. Unable to work out if milk/stuff in fridge for general use so never used the cereal. TV room - TV remote not working (so couldn't switch on) and reported but nothing done before I left. No toilet paper in toilet opposite my room (there is another down past the kitchen) - reported late afternoon and told would be topped up, but not resupplied until next day Pub serves no meals (it says it does snacks) which was a shame
