Room walls very thin! When someone was on the phone in an adjacent room one night, it sounded as if he was speaking from my bathroom, it was so loud!

Dinner was served late ( from 8.30pm ) and after a long day on the road we just wanted food and to get to bed

It had all that I required; it was quiet, comfortable and it was also easy to access from the motorway. The view from my room was amazing. The hotel was antiseptic with staff on board to replace tablecloths cutlery etc.

The restaurant was expensive, and the menu seemed limited to fish or pork! On the whole it didn't seem to fit in with what appeared to be an out-of-town hotel that was reasonably priced other than that there was little to complain about.

The location was ideal for us as we were traveling up to santander ferry. The key to open your room door was a great improvement on the usual card keys

Bedding could have been better. No duvet provided just an eiderdown. One of the bedside lights was not working.

Great location just off motorway with friendly staff and totally covid compliant. Excellent bathroom facilities.

Beds are okay but not brilliant We put a bag in front of the door to stop the corridor lights from disturbing us The restaurant opens at 8.30pm which is normal in Spain but doesn’t always suit travellers

Despite needing an upgrade the room was spacious and clean. We even had a balcony which would have been lovely if the weather had been better. As it was on the edge of town, there was plenty of car parking at the front of the hotel. It was such a shame it was foggy the next morning as there were lovely views of the surrounding hills. We only stayed one night.

Receptionist was a little preoccupied on our arrival possibly due to the wedding taking place elsewhere in the hotel. Unfortunately he didn't tell us the restaurant was closed which was a shame as it had such good reviews. However the cafe did a good range of basic meals and tapas. The cafe staff were friendly and helpful although had little English. As others have said the rooms did need some redecorating.

Always use this hotel when travelling between Santander and Algarve.

As we were driving and not on holiday the hotel is easy to find and has free parking seeable from the room. The room had an outside space. It was quiet during the night. Quick check in and out. The fridge kept drinks cool.

The tv noise from next room. The beds were a little hard.
