Breakfast was quite good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Spa was clean. But water temperature in hot baths was definitely lower than declared.

Room was a bit cold - max 21C. It looked a bit tired, worn out.

Måltiden på restaurangen överraskade oss verkligen, den motsvarade tyvärr inte alls våra förväntningar. Förrätten jag serverades var en hög coleslaw och rullade rostbiffskivor; saknade all finess både i utförande och smak. Huvudrätten var en torr platt fiskbit serverad i en pöl av brun sås som verkligen inte såg lockande ut. Därtill fick vi en skål med fyra små mosklickar och en tesked någon slags svampinläggning. Det visade sig att vara var för oss båda. Jag har hört så mycket gott om Haikko så våra förväntningar var skyhöga. Vi avbokade omedelbart följande dagens bordsbokning och åt i stan dagen efter. Oerhörd besvikelse!

Le complexe avec le parc est vraiment splendide. Hôtel confortable et personnel au petit soins.

Kylpylä oli siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Asiakaspalvelu ja tarjoilijat.

Illallinen olisi voinut olla hieman parempi. Hotellin julkisivu kaipaisi ehostusta (kartano oli kylläkin hieno)

The spa was great, although the infrared sauna didn’t seem to be heated or working properly. The bathrobes and towels comfy. The breakfast was superb and the location really nice.

The slippers are charged extra 3,5€ per person on the standard rooms, but when we made the booking via booking.com they were mentioned in the included amenities of the room, which was the reason we didn’t pack our own. The spa & congress building rooms were a bit outdated, for this room rate (170€/night) we would at least have liked a smart TV with streaming options, maybe a kettle as well.

Lovely location wonderful views, had the sea view room. Breakfast is in the main Manor House which is very royal.

Tea making facility was not available in the room and the reception was not that helpful in getting a cup of tea.
